“2nd time here.- very helpful, quick, reasonable. This will now be my GO TO place for any auto issue. First visit, needed immediate assistance for car remote battery... sounds minor and simple- but was late in day and other places were not helpful. Second visit- needed NYS inspection. Was in and out in under 30 min, without an appt. Had initially made appt at Mavis, down road. Well- lesson learned: AVOID MAVIS. Mavis rude and had zero sense of customer service.”

“This past week I had a big move and needed to rent multiple u-hauls from cargo vans all the way up to 20’ box trucks and I can’t recommend u-hauls Massapequa location enough . The manager Tom was amazing and went out of his way to accommodate all my moving needs. If you’re in the Nassau county area and are looking for a u-haul be sure to go see Tom at there Massapequa location . You won’t be disappointed.”
“This is the first time I am reviewing a company online. I do not believe we can ever hit perfection in any process buuuuttt, this is definitely the closest to it I have ever seen. I brought my RV in for a few small repairs and was floored by the quality and price from this business. Not only were the repairs done in a timely fashion but they even washed the RV and dressed the tires at no charge!!! Mind you, this is a 27’ motor home. I had to wait two days to get in there but I brought it in on Thursday morning and it was completed by Thursday afternoon. I am extremely happy and will be recommending this company and the owner Paul to everyone I can. Thanks Paul for showing me there are still company’s that work for pride in customer service.”

If course you can rent trucks from a cargo van up to a 24 foot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend coming here for all your moving needs.”

“I deliver to places all over the country and these guys both the front and guys who work in the back are some of the friendliest folks in NY. A lot..I mean a whole helluva LOT of drivers will NOT go through NYC and who can blame them..its dirty, people are uncaring and the atmosphere is not conducive to good business. These guys break that mold and I always look forward to delivering their product in good shape with a smile. They also recommend great retraunts locally for us out of staters. “**IF YOU DROP OFF TOUR U-HAUL DURING OFF HOURS** (yes it is a 24 hour drop off but there won't always be someone working there to collect the key) - you need to drop your key in the mail slot that's on the door to the kiosk where the person would normally be sitting. The mail slot is vertical. If you look in the mail slot you'll probably see other keys laying on the floor where other people dropped theirs. I spent a solid 45 minutes here looking for a key box and feeling like an idiot lol.”
