These guys are top notch. They are honest and helpful to a point that is above and beyond. Thriftway is a shining example of how a repair shop should conduct business. They provide trustworthy, no-nonsense guidance and advice. They treat their customers with respect and you immediately know their goal is whatever is in your best interests, not to simply make a buck. They'd rather have a happy repeat customer than turn a quick profit. Look at their reviews compared to other shops. Their reputation is second to none.

The BEST of the BEST!! Hands down Steve & his crew at thriftway go WAYYYY above & beyond for ALL their customers. You will NOT leave there disappointed, they take care of EVERYTHING and leave little to no responsibility for the customer. They take care of the insurance headaches and much more. This is the second time that Thriftway Auto Collision has repaired my car. I can't say enough about the personal service and care that Chris, Linda and all of the service people have shown to me. The workmanship is five star and I highly recommend Thriftway for any auto body needs.

I can't even begin to express how wonderful my experience with Thriftway Auto Collision has been. I will start off by saying that when they were finished with my car it looked Un-friggin-believable! It literally looked like new.I am the original owner of a 2013 Audi A5 and have always taken very good care of it. I was so bummed when someone drove into it in a parking lot. I have never used Thriftway, I only went there by referral and I am so happy I did. The first day I went in there to check out the establishment, I was pleasantly greeted by Linda; she works behind the desk (sweetheart). Then I had the pleasure of meeting Steve (super nice guy). He came out from the garage to look at the damage. I was impressed that he was so detail oriented and went over everything with a fine-tooth comb. Linda and Steve were awesome! They made me feel very welcomed and I felt very comfortable that they were very experienced and knowledgeable. The two of them made everything so easy for me too. They literally took care of everything. They handled all the details with the insurance company, made appointment with adjuster, and even set me up with a car rental.The day I dropped off my car I met with Chris. Once I met him, I knew my car was going to be in good hands. He is very professional and genuinely a kind man. He kept me informed the entire time of how my car was progressing and went above and beyond to take care of me. I couldn't believe when I picked up my car how amazing it looked! They even went as far as completely detailing it. Beautiful! I love it! :)I can't thank Chris, Steve and Linda enough for the great work they did.Hands down the Best Body Shop!

It does not get better than thriftway. Dealing with any type of auto collision, big or small, can be so stressful. Thriftway takes care of everything!!!! I brought my truck in for damage from a hit and run, and they took care of every single step along the way. Zero stress, plus the staff is thorough, polite and a pleasure to deal with. Truck is immaculate and looks better than new.
