Don’t even bother with Joe. Just trust me. We paid him 10k in cash and claimed he went to the bank and supposedly the bank counted 7800. Who in their right mind would believe that?? You’re telling me the bank miscounted 2k+ dollars? We counted the money several times and even took a picture of it idk why he tried pulling this silly stunt what a shame…

Went to this dealer on Valentines Day as my husband wanted to buy me a convertible for our 23rd anniversary. We did ask if we could bring an Audi mechanic and were told absolutely not and he didnt wanna do the deal in that case. We should have walked away at that point.
Despite the no mechanic rule we purchased a 2012 Audi S5. The car seemed in good condtion, the carfax didnt mention any accidents and we paid 18k. Within 2 weeks the convertible top stopped working. We took it to the Audi dealer.
According to the Audi dealer it would cost more than the car is worth to fix the car. The entire back of the car has been rebuilt, this was never mentioned. The Audi dealer showed us where the car has been fused back together in the back. He also said something is wrong with the piston and thats why the roof will no longer retract.
The roof works on occassion and on most other occassions it doesnt. So we now have a convertible thats frankly not a convertible since the top doesnt work.
Funny thing is this guy told us about how another dealer rebuilds salvage titles and doesnt tell his customers thats what they are buying.
We apparently purchased a car whose back body was so damaged it had to be fused back together. I wonder how that happened.
Either way we are stuck with this car now and I would suggest not to buy here and if you do better bring your own mechanic or walk away.

In February 2024, I purchased a car from Joe at Sunrise Used Cars. I had looked at BMWs and Audis, which were all very good quality cars. I ended up purchasing Audi S5 Convertible. The transaction was quick and smooth. Low miles, clean car fax, and looks and runs great. Definitely would buy a car again from this dealership.

I have gotten a car from Joe after I had it for months after I had bought car. I had a problem with brake lights the day I came in he could not help me that day told me to come back on Saturday. We spent about 20 minutes going over problem found it. We fixed it.

This was so quick and painless with these guys. Joe and Mike were nothing but accommodating with me. Needed a car quick, they let me test drive it right away, dropped the price from the sticker, helped me with getting all my paperwork straight and when I went to go pick up the car, I don't think I was in the office for longer than 15 minutes. They put in a new battery for me before I got there, put on the plates and off I went. The car has been a dream so far. Super clean from top to bottom, even the engine bay and floor mats. Great dealership!

Sold me a $12,000 car for it to die in a year. Car had major oil problems and they took no course to help me with this once car was sold and paid for. I ended up buying three or four quarts of oil a week to keep the car alive for that year and now it has finally broken for good. The repairs will cost almost as much as the car. If you're looking to throw away money and have a car that constantly gets you stuck places you've picked the right place! They sell garbage dangerous cars that only look nice. I could've put a down payment down on an actual nice car but instead I trusted these scam artists and am now 12 grand down the drain. Do not trust these scam artists they just want your money.

Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. Or you can take your chances. Maybe you’ll be luckier than I was. I bought a car and I barely got to drive it the first month. All sorts of issues was wrong with the car

The salesman I purchased my car from, Mike, was professional and helpful. However, Joe was extremely unprofessional and a nightmare to deal with. Before Mike sold me my vehicle, I saw there was a problem with the driver side window not syncing up correctly with the top of the car, leaving a crack where rain can come pouring into the car. In order to close the window correctly you have to enter through the passenger door and close it while inside the car. Mike told me that it will be fixed so I bought the car. I gave Mike a list of the things I wanted to be fixed and he gave it to Joe. On the top of the list was the window. I drove my car around for a week or 2 and then dropped it off with Joe to get it fixed. It took over 2 weeks to finally get my car back and when I got it, the window issue was not fixed. I contacted Joe immediately, he didn't answer, and I left a message. I called him again days later and he picked up to tell me the window issue wasn't on the list and said he's not putting more money into the car because it's mine now and it's been mine for over a month.
Be careful dealing with this dealership because as soon as they have your money, they are not interested in helping you or doing any favors for you once you purchase your vehicle. If a car has issues, I'd advise not buying it unless you want to pay extra to fix the issues yourself.
