I pay for the "Extreme Unlimited" every month and every time I go, my tires and rims are still dirty. I'm about to ready to cancel this again .

Wow. No soap and no attendant to dry with cars coming out behind me. Had to wash the car over again at another location.I paid for the most expensive wash. I will drive past next time. Sorry guys….

Totally free vacuums and I didn't even get the car washed. I did buy $5.00 worth of sprays and wipes from the machine. But those vacuums have serious power.

I have been a member of this carwash pretty much since they opened. Overall I do like coming here up until today. I pulled up at 635 and I was told to leave because they are closing. Isn’t the closing time at 7???? I really needed to have my truck washed because I have to pickup some friends for a special occasion tonight and I wanted my truck to be spotless. When I asked the worker to at least use the vacuums he said “ no do you understand we are closed” in a very rude tone. I can see if the time was 650 but 635 is ridiculous. Very unprofessional.

Wash was not good. Went in the first time, came out super soapy, then had to go back in, and still came out soapy. The gentleman drying did his best to wipe the soap off my pick up truck. Don't recommend this place.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. I was lied to about repairing my vehicle. I was told by “Rob” they would repair my vehicle and gave me a contact of a person named “Elizabeth”.
He told me as I was vacuuming my truck he was in contact with her and she agreed it would be taken care of.
I contacted Elizabeth and she changed her story. Advised me her employees aren’t educated enough to handle these situations and sent me a picture of a sign she conveniently altered.
Horrible business model!
Horrible customer service!
Go elsewhere!

Scratched the hell out of my car and on top of that. It didn’t even clean my car. Only way anyone can use this is if they are caked in mud. Horrible car wash. But the staff was really cool

They really do offer free vacuums with no hidden fees. Great place and friendly staff.

It seems some of the equipment in the car wash not working properly. 1st, at the beginning, the soap that covers your vehicle only comes out the sides, so the entire middle of your doesn't get soap. Lastly, the part when your car gets dried, the arm does not come down to dry your car. Fortunately the guys who hand dry, do a great job.

I got a decent car wash here. It definitely wasn't perfect, but if you prep your car a little, it comes out great. I appreciate the guys who dry your car at the end. I'll be going back next week. They have discounts available too.
