They try & charge you a hidden additional 4500 fee & refuse to sell the car unless you pay an extra 4500 added to the car price very unrealistic & unprofessional

I went to buy a car that I found a listing for online, when I got there they tried to charge me an extra 20% over the listing price and refused to make any compromises. Incredibly rude with a horrible business model, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

We were spared all the usual horror stories (after several of our own in Jersey) and received courteous, respectful, and professional treatment from her. Omar and Jeff were fantastic to say the least.
After the most HORRIFIC experiences within the past month, my boyfriend and I were spent; both mentally and financially. Empty promises to say the least, hard credit checks OVER AND OVER AND OVER followed by no responses AT ALL, down payment after down payment for cars that were NOTHING at all like the listing, salespeople, and pictures promised.....and then a breath of fresh air.
We received a phone call in the evening, and the day after we were driving home in our new car. Omar was so responsive, honest, and direct. There was no cat and mouse games, just fantastic customer service. My boyfriend and I couldn't believe it to be true. We were honestly waiting for the ball to drop. The evening after we received the call from Omar, we rented a car from Enterprise (in Branford, CT from Matt, also 5 stars), and we went from a HORRIFIC NIGHTMARE, to a beautiful end with an incredible car!
Jeff was incredible. He was honest, worked to not only get us a great rate, but also gave us piece of mind. The 3 year warranty was unbelievable, and even after we left, he text us on our ride home to tell us we got an extra discount of $15 less a month. 100% Recommending Power Motor Group, Jeff, Omar and their team to friends and family! Thank you for not only ending this nightmare, but allowing us to purse our dreams in our beautiful new car.

We purchased a 2017 Dodge Ram Promaster yesterday. It is in excellent condition! New tires, cleaned well and the salespeople were excellent. Omar was terrific as was the finance person whom I believe is Jeff(?). So sorry!! But anyway, they were all very honest and straightforward. Buying a car always has costs and fees that occur occasionally but there was nothing shady in the slightest. We found them far better than working with any dealership we’ve walked into. Would absolutely buy from them again!!
