Moe and his team have completed numerous projects for me promptly. Disregard the one-star reviews, as they stem from a Facebook post and not genuine experiences. From enhancing my skyline to constructing my Schassis, the transactions have been smooth. It's essential to consider all perspectives, as there's more to every story. This company's longevity speaks to their exceptional service—they're truly unmatched.

I think it's about time I air out a bit of dirty laundry regarding a very "known" shop in the northeast named PetrolWerks... After months of research and digging, I found an incredibly well regarded performance shop named "PetrolWerks" located in Long Island, NY. I spoke with the owner Moe Khan (Can't tag he blocked me) about undertaking the completion of the engine swap and was promised a 6-8 month timeline for full completion (Brakes, Suspension, Electrical, etc...) There has been numerous interruptions on his shops behalf (Eviction from previous property for safety compliance issues) which delayed the build for a bit. Eventually I saw a post by a very well-known enthusiast in my area that had to "repossess" his car from PetrolWerks and he explained to me in full detail the whereabouts of my car, and the condition it was likely in... I was very surprised to hear this, and made every attempt possible to get my car out of the place it was. After weeks of trying to reach someone with nothing but silence, I decided to just "show up" with a flatbed behind me. When I called the shop to tell them I was outside with a truck to pick up my E30. I had to go to a secondary location where Moe told me the car was, and I wanted to throw up when I saw the condition/state the car was left in... This car had a low mileage fully refreshed/resealed/machined S52 swapped into it, with every part to complete the swap twice over. When I arrived, every single part I had provided was "missing" and the engine bay had a TREE growing through it. Upon inspection once I brought the car home, the damages from the neglect left me no choice but to send the car to be crushed/scrapped. I always wanted to be the guy that still owned his first car, but unfortunately thanks to Moe Khan and his team at PetrolWerks that will never happen. ***If you are reading this, and you have a vehicle being "worked on" at PetrolWerks, my advice is simple: GO GET YOUR CAR!***Lo

real review recommended by loads of friends with crazy builds aswell as the OWNERS of southold fordTook great care of my jaguar when no one else was up for the challenge, found the issue in a day after i spent a month in the driveway trying to diagnose myself. josh was super helpful with explaining everything, keeping me posted, giving me price breakdowns, etc. definitely will be back when i’m ready to go fast and install my new upper and lower pulley.

After much research I finally came in for ecu tune. Josh took care of the tune While Moe Showed me around the shop and the work they do. With in 45 min I was out of there. I’m definitely feeling the difference in power after the tune. 100% will be coming back for more upgrades to my GTI.

Moe and Josh and the rest of the team were excellent! They were upfront with all the details pertaining to my request to modify and fit a quad exit for my existing exhaust system. Having dealt with them in the past on my previous vehicle for custom exhaust work, coming to them for this was a no brainer. They excel in much more than just custom fab for exhausts. Would recommend over and over again.

Let me start off by saying - my two year ordeal with this shop has me genuinely scared to ever try to do a build like this again. Especially because Moe is so well known, and you would never expect this from him. I dropped my 2003 BMW 530I for a turbo build on 3/30/21. He quoted me just under $12,000 for the job and I gave him a $6,000 deposit in good faith, and he said it would be ready by August 2021 for Mpact. I’ll do my best to keep this as short as possible, because if I went into all of the sordid details, I could write a book. After two long years of back-and-forth and numerous excuses, the end result was, on 6/23/23, I received a refund of $4200 and getting my car back as a shell (that I basically have to junk now).The moral of the story is that between the money he didn’t refund me from my deposit, having to continue making insurance payments on the car for the two years - even though I wasn’t even able to use the car - and other miscellaneous things that happened while at the shop, it has ended up costing me over 6 grand and I have nothing to show for it. And through it all, communication was sparse and frustrating. At the end of the day, PICK YOUR MECHANIC WISELY.

Bought my 2015 Camaro to this shop after being recommended to them by many. Was instantly greeted my the shop manager Josh who was extremely nice to me and walked me through the entire process every step of the way. Also met the shop owner Mo who was just as nice. Could not be happier with my car. Very professional group. Thank you

I 100% recommend this place took my BMW there and they know what their doing, especially mo the shop owner really took care of me very nice guy, offer me ride and a truck to drive while they serviced my vehicle since I’m 4-5 hours away. I really appreciate that
