“Talia and Jeanine at Maximum K9 were so helpful with selecting some items I needed for my dog, Rugar. I came in looking for a crate and they helped me to choose the perfect one. Talia called over to the warehouse to see if it was in stock and after some discussion, we decided it best that I order online for pickup at the store. I also got a slip lead (Jeanine showed me how to use it) and a tug toy and bone that Talia said her dog loves! Their expertise and assistance made the process easy and enjoyable. “I had never even heard of Central Park Puppies when I began searching for my Cavapoo. The site came up when I did a Google search. I never knew anyone who used them, had no referrals, and no background. All I know is that from the second I contacted Central Park Puppies, I was provided feedback, pictures, videos, etc. I dealt with Ash and she was a pleasure- her responses were quick, she had all the details I wanted, and even reached out to the breeder for additional videos of our pup. I would HIGHLY recommend Central Park Puppies! My husband and I kind of jumped into our purchase, but every step of the way was simple, straightforward, and pleasurable. It has been a little over a month that we have had our pup and I still keep in touch with Ash. She loves getting updates for all the pups she places in homes, which shows how much she cares about these puppies. “I went in to the Massapequa location yesterday completely lost because my 6 month old lab has been having such loose smelly diarrhea for almost a month. After back and forth with our vet, testing for any and all parasites we both decided it had to be the food (kibble) that he was eating.
Lina (and all of the staff) was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable. She helped us so so sooooo much with getting started, figuring out the correct amount of food needed per serving, and also letting us know about extra things that a growing puppy needs.
We finally, after a month, had the best solid poop this morning and he absolutely lovessss his food!”

“I never thought I’d feel so full ❤️ for months I was doing the wrong thing & taking advice from Petsmart which led to his tank being at 70 degrees and him being depressed with low energy n I just didn’t know why. I took him to creepy creatures in farmingdale and they got his food and lighting right and I finally got my CyCy back??? he’s running around like never before I feel like he’s a baby again!! I’m so happy I brought him here and just glad nothing is wrong and that it’s not too late. I love this animal with every fiber of my being. Thank you creepy creatures ❤️?”

“This is the best store in NY state if not the US. I have gone to many stores and Tropical Island aquarium has it all. From rare and exotic fish to the highest end coral. For beginners it is where you must go to start off in the hobby. The reason why I say it’s the best because they have the most competitive prices for the nicest coral and exotic fish beats the highly marketed online sellers and the staff is very knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Purchased two pups from this store. One in 2021 and the other in 2023. They are truly the best pet shop on Long Island. I visited a few pet shops in the area from Huntington and neighboring areas before selecting this one to purchase our pups. This was the only one that did not smell like pee! The location is extremely clean and the puppies are well cared for. That made me feel safe. Our first Yorkie was sick once we brought her home because she wouldn’t eat the day we took her home but luckily they provided her with healthcare from West Hills Animal Hospital next door. They covered the whole bill and she got better!The maltipoo has never had any health issues, but my only issue was that she turned out WAY bigger than expected. We love her but I wanted her to be a similar size to the yorkie as promised. So that left a sour taste in my mouth after paying so much for two dogs. The maltipoo is almost 10lbs and she was supposed to be around 6lbs-7lbs at most.”

“We have been taking our dogs here for grooming for over a year now. One of our dogs in particular (Eleanor) is somewhat "different" if you will, in terms of her grooming needs. Shes a Pointer/Poodle mix so she sheds but also grows hair in the craziest of ways.
Not only do they totally know her and our needs and wants each time, but we have somewhat a consult before every grooming to just ensure the look we are going for.
Every groomer we have had, has delivered fantastic results, and our dogs have always been happy afterwards. I know they are in great hands. Thank you to Sam (our latest groomer) and all the previous ones who have taken great care of our pups to keep them looking (and smelling) amazing!
Oh - and Shout out to the whole staff and groomers up front who never fail to make the pups (and us owners) feel welcome and loved.”

They were very aggressive when we brought our puppies in. Otherwise, it's a great place to be.”

“We love this place, the bully sticks and dehydrated raw treats are in open bins so my puppy can help pick one out. Each time we're there we're the only dog inside so it's not overwhelming for the puppy. Our was $10 cheaper than Amazon - love to patronize a local shop! :) It's also right next to Blue Line Deli for human breakfast.”

“When we decided on getting a waterfall in our backyard, we started looking at reviews and calling companies. Some were so expensive it felt overwhelming and like we were buying a house, not a waterfall. Another two companies kept telling us they would get back to us and never did. Then we called Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc. and talked with Darian first over the phone and then in person. From the first phone call, we could tell that he knew his business. He was professional, polite and cared about what we wanted. When we first met Darian, he was on time, knowledgeable, caring, and didn't try to sell us things we didn't need, but gave us great ideas we never thought of. Darian didn't just listened to what we wanted, but the way we wanted it. We agreed on a very reasonable price, set a starting date and a few days later, we met Darian's staff, Phil and Andrew. When they first introduced themselves, they were on time, professional, knowledgeable, friendly and they took great care in the vision we wanted. They shared some great ideas and we were so confident in what they were doing. We saw they had such a passion and loved what they did, so we just let them create it. What a beautiful creation they made! They went above and beyond and it shows. All through the project, Darian always kept in touch, answered all our questions and always sent us a text message to let us know what time the workers would be arriving and even stopping by to make sure everything was going smoothly and it did. The whole process was stress free and unbelievably true. We, our family and friends all love it in the day and night!! We wouldn't use anyone else and would highly recommended Aquarium Design Network New York, Inc.”
“A smaller supermarket located in a busy shopping center. Purchased what I needed but the store seemed a little bit in disarray which can happen with so little staff. No self checkout is inconvenient for a quick stop. Overall they have plenty of stock and quick turnover to limited quantities on hand. Definitely recommend the chocolate section and bakery selections.”
“I love the care and attention given to both my pets on this visit. I enjoy bringing in my dogs as they are always seen and cared for expeditiously and professionally. I would have given a five star but the consult rooms are needing a bit more cleaning in between patients. There was a lot of hair and the rooms get hot after a few minutes of being in the rooms”
