I was looking to purchase an engagement ring, I went to about 5 different places, I used to work in a watch store years ago, so I had basic knowledge but enough to know if I was being taken advantage of. Sadly the 4 jewelers i previously went to tried. Once I came into PAK Jewelers and met Michael I was stunned. Michael showed me his credentials then spent 2 hours of his own time to show me EVERYTHING there is about diamonds and what he sees, showing me exactly what jewelers look for and their market. In those 2 hours he made me feel so comfortable, gave me a great price and made a client for life. I will only shop with PAK (Michael) when it comes to any jewelry. Thanks again Michael for everything.
