I called them as I got out of work and they stayed open almost a half hour past closing so I could get grab it from them. They are always friendly and have anything you can get at a place like Home Depot at a better price.”

“We were in search of a last minute snowblower as ours started to see better days. Thanks to John who went above and beyond for us when we had a locked credit card issue while trying purchase online. He secured the last snowblower while were on the phone trying to fix this issue. It was refreshing to have some humanity in customer service, which tends to be almost nonexistent these days. “The Babylon store is neat, clean and uncluttered. The customer service reps are trained in paint and know their stuff. Jackie is CSR is outstanding! The SW paint products are high quality with a large color palate and I've been using them for years. Will continue to shop here versus the competitors i.e. ACE, Lowes or Home Depot. Hands down, a much better experience and helpful staff. Five stars !”

They've always been SO friendly and helpful, and have even double checked when an order seems off based on what we had already purchased - what amazing customer service! Who does that these days?!
