I was at your location today to switch my cell phone service from Verizon to you. The salesman not only lied to me he put me on a plan that I didn’t approve if I had not looked at the paperwork I would have never known. Then he proceeded to tell me the promotion I wanted was over when it wasn’t over. When he realized he had been caught in a lie he tried to fix the issue but couldn’t. How is the no manager or supervisor at the store to help correct the problem is crazy. I was told to pay the bill which is double and they would credit me the following month. That is such poor customer service and again your salesperson created the problem lied and then couldn’t fix it. I’m not even sure I will give the new plan a chance because I’m so angry about what went on there today. I am a loyal customer for over 20 years and feel I should have been treated like one. So disappointed at what transpired there today. You should have a person at each location that can help your sale people when they mess up and can’t fix the problem.

Called customer service to see about cancelling because $365 is just too much.They switched me to customer retention and they offered me a much lower price for the same services. Important to be exactly the same because my daughter works from home.Three days later my daughter says something is wrong with the internet and I need to call optimum. I do. Seems they down graded my service to. 100 download and 5 upload. Really?So now I call back and they ask me what the speeds were before. I don't know and stupidly discard the old bill and they can't see it in my history. So I go to their website and see they advertise 300. Great give me that. We can't your box won't handle. Than do 200, can't do that either. You need new boxes and optic wiring.I NEED A SUPERVISOR OR MANAGER! We're sorry that's not possible. Seriously!So someone else gets on the phone. Same circle only this one is talking over me ! I just hung up.Called back the next day to try yet again. They can't do anything because it shows that I have ordered new boxes for my home.WHEN THEY COME AND IT'S BEEN OVER 5 DAYS, I AM GOING TO LET THEM SET THEM UP AND THEN CANCEL THE SERVICES. HAD THEM FOR 16 YEARS IN BABYLON AND NOW 11 YEARS IN COPIAGUE. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE AT ALL.RUN BEFORE YOU GET OPTIMUM!!!!!!!

This has been the worst experience in my whole 48 years living! I tried to switch from Metro to Optimum. They couldn't get my service up and running with my old number. I've been with out a fully working phone for three days now. Do not switch or use Optimum phone service!!!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS CABLE PROVIDER. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. THEY TRY TO TAKE MONEY FROM A DECEASED CUSTOMER AND TRY TO LEAVE THE FAMILY ACCOUNTABLE BECAUSE THEY RETURNED THE EQUIPMENT. THEY WONT TELL YOU THAT WHEN YOU RETURN THE EQUIPMENT THOUGH. BIGGEST SCAM AND DISGUSTING ORGANIZATION.

My cable box stopped working on December 10th, I called optimum service and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. He is an absolute genius and gem! I appreciated all of his help in this matter! I left with a new cable box and better WiFi! Thank you Brandon!!!!

I dealt with Jalen when I got to the store. Explained my issues and he took me step by step on how to get my cable up and running. The store was closing and took the extra time with me. Was very knowledgeable and professional. He even set up my optimum ID account for me. It was a pleasure to speak with Jalen I was glad to have him as a representative for Optium.

The representative made us call cablevision to make sure our account was disconnected before he would take our equipment back. It took 15 minutes to get this confirmed because the customer service operator could not find our account. Numerous times I spelled my name. Then he said “this is why you should have your customer number”. REALLY?????When we finally got our disconnection confirmed on the phone we went back in line and that customer service representative made us take our equipment out of the bag while he sat an watched us.Another representative was cleaning her desk while customers werewaiting to be helped.Why does the customer have to wait and then have to do their job for them too? The worst customer service I’ve ever seen.

I went to get an Iphone, Trent assisted me. The one I wanted was on sale but the code wasn’t coming up. He took the time to investigate why it wasn’t giving the discount and eventually it was rectified. I added additional lines for my family and am content with the service and the professionalism that Trent exhibited.

I came here last night right at closing time. The employees stayed an extra hour to get my phone working because the normal procedures weren’t working. They asked if I could come back first thing in the morning to finish getting my son’s phone switched over from another carrier to Optimum. Above and beyond.

Waited an hour but honestly everyone was really helpful to the customers I had Karen and she was wonderful and pleasant no matter how many people she helped or issues she may have faced she was extremely pleasant professional friendly and helpful. She is absolutely an asset there
