My Honda Pilot is an extremely reliable vehicle and in working out my purchase with Nick I felt assured throughout the entire process. My wife and I purchased our first SUV through NY Auto Find.
We live in Maine and we’re a little hesitant where we wouldn’t be able to test drive it.
With a little Murphy’s law, Nick was able to test drive it to ALSO help clear check engine light.
NY Auto Finds team bent over backwards to make sure we were well taken care of and received our SUV just in the “Nick” of time for our much over due vaccination.
I will be recommending everyone who needs a vehicle to check out NY Auto Find.

This place is horrible just bought a car from them a 2014 Infiniti Q50 when I was driving back home the battery died totally out and i replace the battery and the wiper blades were all broken up tore up inside of the car is all dirty they did not even try to clean it up all these brown stains on inside interior yeah they did not even try to clean up the car or anything it actually got shipped over to my fiance's house in North Little Rock Arkansas and I had to go down from Kansas to go pick it up and drive it home the battery died on me I had to pay $400 to get it replaced yeah I was very upset that they didn't check the car or anything to make sure that it was okay to sell like that then you will find on the internet they could have done a better job than that. before sold it and to say they gave us a little problem buying and purchasing the car they tried to raise up the price on us yes I'd be careful if anybody buys a car from this company because they really don't do a good job of cleaning up the car and looking at what's wrong with it before they sell it to you and I still have not gotten my title in the mail yet and I paid cash for the car didn't get mo paperwork or anything. and I thought it says they have warranty on their cars they sold? false none came.with my car

I bought a 2012 Mini Cooper Clubman in January from these folks and they couldn’t have been any more accommodating and helpful. I recently had my tail light go out, obviously from just the age of the car, and they got it fixed and back to me next day. Thank you for excellent customer service.

Don't let the fake reviews fool you. They must spend a crazy amount of money and time on those. I was sold a suburban by these people and it was shipped to me out of state. they assured me it was in excellent condition. upon delivery, realized they are manipulative frauds. the thing had been in their shop where they painted over body rust, the frame itself was rusted in multiple areas, brakes were failing, it was doctored up to look brand new... the vehicle i was sent is ready for the landfill. Local mechanics i had taken it to told me that they would never let their mother even sit in the vehicle. I hired a lawyer and went through the whole ordeal and was lucky enough to get minor compensation. please save yourself the headache and horror and please look elsewhere when buying a new vehicle.

The process started on May 8th, 2024. I have never bought a car like this before. Sight unseen, no test drive etc. as I live in Dover, Ohio. So, I was extremely anxious and stressed out over the whole process of trying to buy a car. So, I looked at other cars from other dealers, all within Ohio, and was not impressed with the sales personnel. It took days to get any calls. A couple dealerships took a week or more to contact me, and by then I had to ask them what car they were calling me about. Sooo disappointing. I felt defeated. I had made up my mind that if the next dealership I tried treated me like the others I was done trying to get a car. NY Auto Find was going to be my last call. I requested information on about 6 different Mini Coopers LOL. That next morning I received a phone call and everything went quickly and smoothly. I want to say a great big THANK YOU to my salesman Austin T. Thank you to you and the team of people helping you. Im grateful for your help. You went above and beyond for me. I cannot wait to for my 2015 Mini Cooper Convertible to be delivered! Arrived May 17th 2024

I bought a John Cooper Works Mini Cooper from NY Auto Find. I live in Omaha Ne so I was a bit nervous buying a car sight unseen from such a long distance away. However from the first phone call to the last Brian was the perfect sales man. He explained the car in detail and sent supporting documents to confirm his statement s. The whole process went extremely smoothly and I received my car in the three day time span he promised.
I love the car it handles like a dream. All the videos and research my husband and I did prior to buying this car paid off and this mini stands up to all the positive claims made about minis. Thank you Brian! NY Auto Find is a trust worthy great place to buy a Mini Cooper. Ask for Brian, you won’t be disappointed!

Literally threw away $14,500 with these con artists. I had TWO different minis that BOTH didn't make it to my 1000m, 30 day warranty without being inoperable. I had to have a car switched, then the new one had an electronic issue that they refused to get fixed for me. I'm a disabled veteran, I saved for 4 years from my military pension, they KNEW this....and the salesman Nick still conned me and sent me home on a 500 mile trip with a car that had bad struts, springs, door wouldn't open, timing chain issues to name a few..then when I got the next mini it took 3 weeks and it now just shuts off randomly and loses all power for a minute then pops back on. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY. YOU WILL REGRET IT. I wish to God I would've never got myself involved with this shady buisness. Regardless of what they're going to say below this review, everything I said is FACT. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THEY SAY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. YOU WILL NOT BE IN GOOD HANDS AND NOT BE SOLD A SOLID, RELIABLE VEHICLE. I'm sick to my stomach knowing how absolutely greedy, dishonest and dishonorable people can truly be in this world. This company takes the cake. Don't just save for the vehicle that'll be broken down...save for your attorney fees when they decide they don't have to abide by NY state lemon laws. They will flat out lie to you about liability as well. Do not believe a word they say regarding laws or regulations.
This is how they treat young disabled VETERANS who are also single fathers....just imagine what theyll do to you.

The worst customer service ever!!!! Bought a car with a bad battery and leaking coolant. They jerked us around until the 30 day warranty was up. Now we get to pay for the repairs. Slow at getting us temp tags and never sent paperwork when asked. Even our BMV was upset that they didn't send us the paperwork and I had to go looking for it. Just terrible all over!!

Great experience purchasing a used car out of state. Brian Kelly was the salesperson that helped me and he made the purchase a breeze. Communicated the whole way and kept me up to date with the process. Literally delivered to my front door 4 states away. EASY!! Shopped online and called them up to make arrangements and handle the details. First time buying a car this way and would do it again for sure. Definitely holler at Brian if you see something on their website of interest, he will take good care of you.
