“I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and the prosessionalism and friendliness of the phlebotomist, Nicole, who was on duty. I have very thin, hard to locate veins and she was so patient and professional. And there was hardly and wait time.”
“First time here and I must say The staff are professional, quick, and kind. Blood work is as painless as possible ( coming from someone who hates needles that’s huge.) Being left handed can also be an issue for places as the staff are use to needling the opposite arm. 10/10”
“The phlebotomist (wish I had gotten her name) was very personable and this could not have been any easier than it was to have blood drawn. I literally walked in, gave my name and I was immediately taken into the room and had the draw in five minutes from start to finish! Always used Quest in the past but had too many problems with their billing system. Tried Northwell Labs in Babylon and I will use them for all my future needs.”

“My experience here made me confident that there are people who care about my pain and discomfort in the medical field I have terrible fibromyalgia and chronic pain blood work can leave me in discomfort for weeks if too rough. Ms.Lorella heard me and saw my anxiousness from prior experiences at other locations and talked to me through my bloodwork as well as reassured me to come back to that location so I could be more comfortable with the process and she expressed that no one deserves to feel unheard and mishandled as a patient.she handled my blood work with such ease I didn’t even notice she finished no pain at all! “This is the only lab I visit if I given a choice. The Babylon location is clean and usually does not have any wait. Christine and Katrina are always friendly. Their positive attitude shows they care and enjoy what they do. Sunrise Labs gets their results back to you in an expedited manner so your doctor can quickly make an assessment and decide what is the best care you may need. This place gets an A+ in my book.”

I am so glad I did.Claudia, I believe is the Physician assistant that works at this location was more than happy to complete my lab requests. She has over 20 years of experience and I didn't even know my blood was drawn. She is a professional. I felt so comfortable. This is this is the kind of assurance and assistance that make us want to keep coming. Thank you Claudia for making the process so smooth. Yes, I trust the Universe that everything will be fine. It all starts with meeting with wonderful people!”

“I have a huge phobia of bloodwork. The woman did what I needed her to do for me to relax. My blood was coming out slow so it took a very long time and was poked several times but she kept checking in on me and gave me time to breathe in between pokes. Didn't get frustrated or yell at me once.”
“This place is the best! I’ve never waited more than 10 minutes with no appointment. They immediately greet you and check yourself paperwork. The lab techs are friendly and professional. Sadly my insurance changed and I’m back at Quest hell.”

Both techs seem well alert and ready to start their day and seemed very attentive to all especially the little girl that was scared of getting blood drawn for the 1st time . Thank you Team Bay Shore !”

“I visited PSC this am for bloodwork, Claudia was the phlembotomist and she was honestly amazing. I did not feel the needle go in and she made sure I was comfortable. I had looked at the reviews previously and was unsure of what I would experience but my experience was great. If you have to visit PSC try to schedule your appt with Claudia.”
“Made an appointment a month and a half in advance. Got there 10 minutes early, and I get a text to sign in. I was taken in two minutes before my appointment time. Knowledgeable staff got me in and out quickly. I asked if there was a co-pay, they said no. We'll see. Great review for quest at this location.”

“Truly grateful for this team. Walked in for a lab visit and was seen despite there being limited staff available. Had to wait of course, but it was only about 30 minutes or so. Christine drew blood from my daughter (just over two years old) and dealt with her being rather upset with a calm professionalism that I both admire and appreciate! My family and I will be returning here for ongoing needs for sure.”
