Extremely efficient and professional indeed, but what I think is most important is how serious and professional they take their mission in the process to be. I was actually taken back by their knowledge, care and concern even over my small case. I am thankful they took the time to get to know me and my situation and assist me in working towards a solution.

The people are so sweet. The nurses and assistants were awesome and attentive. They offered me water or coffee and I will definitely be back. I came in not so feeling good and I left in such a good mood. The best doctors office in long island NY

Place deserves -500 stars. Had an appointment and waited well over an hour and they told multiple people that they were up next. Please do yourself a favor and do not send your future employees here to get any kind of service done. Unbelievably rude staff.

This place is horrendous. It's almost impossible to accomplish anything going here. It has taken over 3 days for my husband to get the necessary forms he needs for work and has now lost 2 days of pay due to incompetent staff at this facility. It's mind blowing how no one can perform their actual job. Don't waste your time at this sh*T hole.

If you come here for a DOT physical make sure you don’t tell them you are taking any type of medication even if you are otherwise they will give you a very hard time giving you the results and clearance!

The people here are incredibly racist! There was an overweight blonde woman there when I went a bit early for a drug test and instead of telling me "Hey we don't open until X-time." she rushed in when I was coming back around the corner to head to my car. Then she stood there and stared me down like I was going to do something.This place is I credibly unprofessional and I recommend you go somewhere else for drug screenings or any medical checks for that matter. Never going to this site again.

What a joke of a medical facility. Testing a white guy for sickle cell and tell them it’s because of Covid. Then Dr Hurd does the medical and tells him to cover his one ear and repeat! What??? Hearing test person told him okay here’s the left ear and so on!!! Are you kidding me!! You only listen to one side of the lungs Dr Hurd? Oh and you don’t close the door when you are talking about personal health! Hello HIPAA!!! What freaking joke of a place!!!

it was my first time here for my flight medical and all I can say it's worth the trip, all the staff where very welcoming and friendly. and Dr Panzer runs a smooth and efficient operation. no unnecessary wait and processes. go in to get your FAA medical and leave. simple as that. Dr Panzer is also fun to talk aviation too.

I don't know how they work I went for Dot and drug test .and Doctor over their ask me my doctor clearance and my doctor sent it over their on Friday last week .I called next week everyday. They are giving me same excuse doctor is busy with other patients. So you means to say doctor don't have time to check the email or fax .come on because of that they holding my job hiring. Receptionist are good but doctors are worst .

go every year for a company physical the new dr is nasty and very rude !! left a very bad taste in my mouth.... she also low key shammed a co worker for having mental heath issues she was w the company 20 years and all of a sudden the new dr failed her bc of it.... the older dark skinned guy who retired was amazing and sweet ill be going to the other medical place from.now one ...
