I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. He is an absolute genius and gem! I appreciated all of his help in this matter! I left with a new cable box and better WiFi! Thank you Brandon!!!!”

I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month.
