“My cable box stopped working on December 10th, I called optimum service and they tried to fix it but it didn’t work. I went to the optimum store @ Lindenhurst and Brandon was absolutely professional, patient and very knowledgeable he answered all my questions helped me to upgrade my wifi. He is an absolute genius and gem! I appreciated all of his help in this matter! I left with a new cable box and better WiFi! Thank you Brandon!!!!”
“Dia is the best. She is so professional and very polite. She knows her job well. I came in as I have some issue with my mom’s phone and she resolved that issue and also told us about the phone promotion and we both ended up getting new iPhone 15’s. She is the best. I would definitely recommend seeing Dia if you are coming to this store. I saw her expertise as she was handling two customer at one time and also she stayed late in the store for us. I was very concerned about my data, Dia made sure that everything is transferred from my old old phone to the latest phone. Verizon definitely need reps like her. Dia you are the BEST”

I have been unable to remove the charge from my bill, even though I have spoken with reprsentatives from Optimum. I keep deducting the $13.78 from my bill each month.
