They need better workers it’s disgusting people who work there hate their job! You can tell how they treat their customers. Taking their frustration and misery out on everyone. You can be as nice as possibly yet they take that as nothing! The cashier that was on the floor got mad after I asked her for a bag she told me I HAD TO ask her when she first started to help me not after for a bag so I said you could’ve easily asked me if I needed one. She then she got an attitude and was mad about the five cents for the bag. Which I had no problem paying, but I gave her a quarter, she ended up throwing back the quarter I gave her! DISGUSTING :)

The absolute most rudest place I have ever been too. Employees telling customers they have too many items. Manager was even ruder. Who cares how much stuff I’m buying ?! It wasn’t just me. It was every other customer who was purchasing items too. I never ever go to dollar tree for this exact reason. If you don’t want to work with people to work in a damn factory. These vile women should be lucky to even have a job. Never ever ever again will I go to another dollar tree again! I will also be calling corporate as well. The manager and employees working on Friday July, 26 around 450pm should all be fired. The most unprofessional scum I have ever seen in my life.

Poorly managed location. Line is always to the back. One cashier at most times. Stock items always on floors in aisle. Messy floors & store. Love dollar tree & wish this one was managed better.

If I could give zero stars I would. It’s a poorly managed place and the cashier I got was just not happy to be there. Just because someone was rude to you doesn’t mean you have to be rude to me. I work as a cashier and wouldn’t take my bad day or anybody that was rude to me out in the rest of the people. And don’t even get me started on how disgusting and dirty it was but yet a manager is running around!? Never going back. Staff rude

Horribly managed location . I need to update their management very very very poorly managed. I buy 6 gallons of water a week. I was out visiting my mom and stopped at this location that I’ve never been to. My mother actually advised me not to go to that one because it’s poorly managed the 6 gallons of water that usually comes in a sealed package that you could buy, we’re separated individually throughout the store majority of those gallons of water replaced in the far back corner furthest away from the register again, no longer sealed in their original packages from the manufacture.
Another note - Check out line was wrapped around the back of the store to check out as it’s Memorial Day weekend - while this is happening the manager advises her other register person to take her break and demanded her several time uncomfortably.
THIS PLACE NEEDS A NEW MANGER !!!!!!!! I I will never go back to that location ever again and makes me question going to dollar tree again .

This is the worst Dollar Tree I've ever been to. Selection is horrible - they never have what I'm looking for. The lines are almost always long. The employees are nice, but they are unorganized and prioritize the wrong things. I usually see or hear a few employees in the front room while there is only one cashier and the line is well into the isles. Also on more than one occasion have I seen some feisty customers. Just all around not a great feel in this location. If I didn't live so close I would ban this place, but I'm usually forced to bear the the torture.

The Dollar Tree at Wellwood ave needs to be put out of it's misery. If google allowed, I'd give it no stars. This store almost always has just one cashier with long lines dragging down the aisles, and lack of supplies.Apparently, they close at 10pm, but when I arrived at exactly 9:50pm on November 25, 2023, I was told by the worker that they are closed. (Mind you, I just wanted to purchase an item that was by the register.) When I questioned that there was still 10 mins, she just repeated with an attitude that they were closed and shut the door.I'm better off going to Dollar General or make the trip to Dollar Tree Montauk instead of Dollar Tree of Wellwood.
