We gave them our honeymoon disposable camera film and it went missing!!! We came every weekend to check if it was done and they said to come back later. They're very irresponsible! Don't print pictures here the staff is clueless too.

Not being able to get in touch with a Pharmacist here on the phone is very frustrating. Even if I leave a VM I never get a call back so I always end up needing to go there. It used to be much easier when we were able to get in touch now they have to make us go in to the store which is very inconvenient.

I am writing this review for Christian specifically. He is an amazing employee. The second I looked around hesitant he asked if I needed help. He also did this for other customers as well throughout all phases of shopping. He is so kind and patient with everyone. I hope he is promoted and goes through any training to do so. He will definitely excel in life and may he be blessed. There was also a lovely lady that helped me as well. I am so thankful to them and for all their assistance.

This particular CVS pharmay has an Outstanding Manager (Joe) and an awsome helpful and friendly staff. The incentive programs are great for saving money on products both CVS and other brands. This is my "Go To" place for all things that I need at a Pharmacy

Overall I think cvs pharmacy has come a very very long way they are actually very pleasant to speak with on the phone they deft are very very helpful and accommodating to your needs ever since Covid the people have deft changed for the best. 10 ⭐️ in my book.

People that work there are inconsiderate. Instead of calling a customer and letting them know that their insurance isn’t covered and that I have to speak to a doctor on a Saturday which is difficult. I get a text message at 9 AM saying that they are working on my medicine and by 2 o’clock when I show up because I haven’t heard anything. They just didn’t bother calling me to tell me that it wasn’t covered by insurance or to speak to the doctor or anything. If I didn’t show up they wouldn’t have contacted me when I really needed my antibiotic I think they should have some type of courtesy to call the customer and let them know so I could’ve worked on calling a doctor then showing up and I have to pay $110 , when I could’ve tried to get a substitution from my doctor. They were not going to call or notify me at all until I showed up I think that it was very inconsiderate that they couldn’t reach out to me when they noticed that it wasn’t covered or that there was a problem .

If I can give negative stars I would, this store is the WORST PHARMACY EVA, my pressure is up already, they give no info if u have more than 1 script, text messages saying ur Rx is ready when only 1/2 is, I’m supposed to know if a script is back order, I mean the list continues, wrong info even to change pharmacy locations. Maybe y’all need a refresh course on communication
