Overall I think cvs pharmacy has come a very very long way they are actually very pleasant to speak with on the phone they deft are very very helpful and accommodating to your needs ever since Covid the people have deft changed for the best. 10 ⭐️ in my book.

People that work there are inconsiderate. Instead of calling a customer and letting them know that their insurance isn’t covered and that I have to speak to a doctor on a Saturday which is difficult. I get a text message at 9 AM saying that they are working on my medicine and by 2 o’clock when I show up because I haven’t heard anything. They just didn’t bother calling me to tell me that it wasn’t covered by insurance or to speak to the doctor or anything. If I didn’t show up they wouldn’t have contacted me when I really needed my antibiotic I think they should have some type of courtesy to call the customer and let them know so I could’ve worked on calling a doctor then showing up and I have to pay $110 , when I could’ve tried to get a substitution from my doctor. They were not going to call or notify me at all until I showed up I think that it was very inconsiderate that they couldn’t reach out to me when they noticed that it wasn’t covered or that there was a problem .

If I can give negative stars I would, this store is the WORST PHARMACY EVA, my pressure is up already, they give no info if u have more than 1 script, text messages saying ur Rx is ready when only 1/2 is, I’m supposed to know if a script is back order, I mean the list continues, wrong info even to change pharmacy locations. Maybe y’all need a refresh course on communication

The manager Nick and 1 of the associates were so helpful..they went over and beyond with assisting me..I wish I knew the name of the associate..she had glasses..

The people at the pharmacy are some of the best and most caring. Huge shoutout to Sebastian who has saved my a** so many times — always willing to answer questions, take a second look at things, help figure out problems. Can’t thank you all enough.

I’m not sure how the manager, Irene, treats the staff and the rest of their customers but to be so unhelpful for such a small request( to help with a European passport photo), it was appalling to see, honestly. Lying to your customers so you have one less task to do is not an ideal move for the position of a manager. Do not lie to your customers and say you can’t edit a photo size when we have had literal family members go to this exact location for help with photos before. Even if we had to cut them out by ourselves it wouldn’t be an issue, but you literally seemed bothered just by our existence alone. The store was literally empty to add on top of that, where is the rush people???Where is human decency to just give a little extra time to be able to help someone out these days. Wow.

Personally I really enjoy coming to this pharmacy. They are all so friendly and very helpful. The pharmacy manager Sebastian was very insightful and help me get my inhaler to NO CHARGE. A+
