One of the nicest capital ones. Quiet and clean. 24 hour ATM inside and 2 24hr drive up ATMs. There were a few tellers working and the line moved quickly. The entrance is off of high st behind the bank. The first driveway is for the ATM access and the second driveway is for inside parking. The first couple of times I came here, getting to the drive up ATM was disorienting - you can not access them from wellwood, where the GPS takes you.

Unfriendly personel , if you ask them to do something, they send you from one to another, only one person knows how to do wire so be prepared for waiting , avoid this branch !!!

Absolutely useless to go to this bank. They are unable to competently perform even the most basic if banking procedures. Capital one customer service for their credit cards isn't any better- all around a waste if time and money!

I lost my spouse of 30yrs whom did all the banking so this was new to me, being so I felt lost when it came to banking. Luckily I met Dianna and Tyler at the Lindenhurst branch whom went above and beyond to help guide me and quickly made me feel safe and at home great Job guy's, Thank you? looking forward to do more business with that branch .

Horrible experience one afternoon. Was in there for an hour and a half. Tellers are nice but way understaffed. The young female manager is way under qualified. She was rude and not friendly at all. Probably going to close my account

The staff is extremely rude and asked me for my social security number for a simple deposit, which I found sketchy. When I refused and asked for the manger I was told he was busy and couldn’t come out. Someone needs to look into this

This bank is the best I've found so far. Free checking and savings accounts. Next to no fees. No minimum balance requirements. Atm's at 7-11, CVS and Rite Aid are free. Convenient locations and the atm's at the bank itself have 5's, 10's, 20's, 50's and 100's available. I recommend Capital One. Why pay other banks to make money off your money?

Dislike the fact that if you have to do personal banking business it is done at the cashier's in front of everyone in the bank. Whatever happened to client privacy. I miss the day when you can go to a desk and a representative can help you conduct banking matters. Worst, then having to travel further and further to find an open branch. There used to be three branches in my town, now there are none. I have to drive three towns over to get to the closest one.

Capital one bank. Ridiculously ridiculous. Have 2 drive out 2 this branch now since they closed the Massapequa branch and other branches 2 save themselves money on rents and almost 30 minutes on line 2 make a large withdrawal. It's all about the money nowadays with big conglomerate corporations saving money on less branches and less employees workivt behind the counter as the line was almost out the door and only 2 tellers working. Think my next withdrawal is gonna be 2 close account. Customer service is out the window nowadays weather it's on the phone or going in in person.
