“No words for my Experience. I had my car a 2004 Mercedes E320 towed into the location after losing faith in Mechanics and Auto repair shops in general. I read about 3 reviews of The M-Spec family and decided to give them an opportunity to bring my faith back into Auto Repair shops. I called and spoke to Steve .I let him know my cars radiator was recently “repaired “ and I just didn’t feel right about driving it as fluid was still leaking. Never being at the location before he side bring the car in. I told him I was uncomfortable driving it in and would get it towed he said no problem . Steve said when your car gets here we will go over it send you a health check and images and go from there. Just as stated I soon received images and full report of my car fully detailed explanation of suggested repairs with images . I was able to accept or deny every aspect of the work needing to be performed to get me back on the road safely. They let me knwo it could be a couple days since it was late evening after the diagnoses and my accepting the fees. I had no idea I would have y car the next day . What a blessing finding my New family the M-Spec family. I came here from a review it was only fair I spread the good word. Honesty, Pricing , Integrity they really don’t make shops like this anymore. Thank you for giving me the confidence to get back on the road in my E Class.”

He came highly recommended plus great reviews so I took my car to him for an inspection. Last year I got one somewhere else and spent almost 2 grand fixing things for it to pass…meanwhile, the mechanic must’ve screwed me over because it wasn’t showing my car was inspected in the DMV database leaving me unable to renew my registration. A whole headache!
Dave and his crew really helped us out. I will be taking my cars to him from now on because I know I’ll get an honest mechanic and reasonable prices! No more anxiety going for inspections lol”
“You really and truly won’t find a better shop, I was looking at all the reviews and thought a perfect 5 stars no way… I took my Audi there which had a bunch of issues, oil leak, coolant leak, electrical issues, intake leak. There turn around time was phenomenal, price phenomenal, attention to detail spectacular. I’m a car guy and I’m telling you they are worth it!!! Easily my new shop glad I found them!”

“I have used Andy's shop twice. Once in 2021, and 3 weeks ago. They are so professional and efficient. They kept communication open during the process and were easy to reach! Andy's daughter was nice always accommodating me coming out of work late rushing to make it to the shop before they close. They also gave me a free car wash so my car was shining and vacuumed when I got it back.”

“I had my car painted 3 yrs ago at Express because the original paint was a poor quality. I loved the work Express did and I rec'd many compliments! “On Friday, what started out as a day that was supposed to take my mom & I an hour or 2 turned into a 4 hour ordeal! On the way to help look for a dog that was loose in my area my tire pressure light went on. I was right next to Babylon Honda so I asked for help. 2 extremely nice men helped us put air in my tire and reluctantly, I went to their service dept down the road. I told them I have a nail in my tire, let them know I was a customer of over 12 years & currently out of work. They assured me it wouldn’t take long to patch the tire. WELL, it took them an hour & 1/2 just to come out & tell me they couldn’t patch my tire and tried to tell me I needed 4 new tires right now & with an alignment it would be $1200. I asked if there was a discount since I’m a customer so long. $1200 was the best they could do. I was so annoyed of the fact that they had taken my car in right away and it took them so long to come out and tell me they couldn’t patch the tire and that they couldn’t do better on the price that I took my keys and left and went over to Mavis Discount Tire. The whole staff, especially Kastle, was fantastic! Within 15 minutes they came out & told me they couldn’t patch the 1 tire because of where the nail was. AND they didn’t try to push me to get 3 other new tires, instead they told me I will need 3 other new tires soon. When I asked Kastle to be honest with me on how much longer I can wait, he told me not to wait too long & showed me the threads. With that said, my mom, knowing a trick from my grandpa, put a penny in the threads & said I really should get them now. They were $600 less than Babylon Honda for all 4 tires (the top ones at Mavis) & alignment! Thank you Mavis for taking me right away & for your honesty.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about V&J Auto Body! I have a Tesla and majority of quotes I was receiving for my repair was to replace the quarter panel & door (which can be quite pricey). V&J was able to perfect my Tesla with JUST bodywork and no replacing! My Tesla is like brand new again and it is such a relief!
