SETH IS STRANGE! I just brought my kona down to Seth to look at the stripes that he did for me a little over a year ago which we were very happy with but have obviously sustained some irregularities (as seen in attached pics). Seth, myself, and 1 of his workers all agreed that the situation was very strange. They had no explanation and decided to take some pictures to send to the stripe manufacturer to which I said sounds good. He then asked me what I wanted the outcome to be, and I said since something is obviously wrong I’d like to see it made right again. To which Seth responded by dropping the f bomb wanting to know if I didn’t get my way was I going to leave a bad review. Even though I never said that I would. To which he then turned around and walked back inside and his coworker also left. They never even took the pictures to send to the manufacturer. I tried reaching out immediately and Seth refused to speak with me. I guess he’s not gonna make it right. Extremely unprofessional, I’m just stating the facts of what went down. #confused

Just had the vinyl stripes on my silverado removed by Seth and he did an excellent job. He did it way faster than I thought it would take and it looks way better than I thought it would you can't tell there were ever any stripes there. It also cost alot less than I expected. Thank you for taking care of my truck. I recommend if u need vinyl removed from a vehicle come here don't do it yourself its a nightmare.

So this business shares and operates with 1-2 other businesses (same owners)The receptionist hands me contract/release form for car before I could do a proper inspection. Beware, they clearly have a system in place to avoid fault they may have caused. I will leave a review on every business google page that is located at 967 wellwood ave Lindenhurst NY 11757. The most important part of working in a sales driven field is customer service. Let this be a learning experience for us both.

I have been doing business with the owner, Seth R, for 20 years. He is the only person and business i trust with my cars, either doing a full detail like ceramic coating or wrapping my cars, Seth is a great person to deal with and has a wonderful personality. I wouldn't trust anyone on Long Island with in cars expect him.

Everyone I dealt with was as nice as could be from the first time I walked in the door. Paint protected my brand new Tahoe with both film and Ceramic Pro, couldn't be happier with the results. Don't be put off by all the high end cars in the pictures, if you have a car and want to protect the appearance call or stop in and see what they have to offer.

They are not nice people. They told me a price then changed the price to 40% more While they already had my car I had no choice but to pay the difference wich I did or else I would not get my car back then when I asked for a receipt the receptionist told me that my car was my receipt!! This is not proper conduct for a business!! I explained to her that my car is not a receipt and that I would like a receipt for the money I gave her. but she declined and did not give me a receipt.

They are horrible don’t trust them with ur cars u might get ur car back broken just like how I got mine back and then they don’t pick up when u call them or lock there doors when u go to them

I trust my lambos with Art of Wrap. Totally abs completely. They have my loyalty. Check this out... In the middle of a Friday night I had an object fall on my Lambo .... heavy piece of wood fell on my car in my garage and I was filming the next day with vice media I called art of wrap and ... whew ... they answered! On a Friday night ... They took care of all of the damage on my car ... on a rush basis. I can’t say enough about the owners knowledge. He is the most knowledgeable car person I know. It’s nice to trust people and I totally trust art of wrap. They fixed a damaged fender and totally ruined wrap job (as a result of the object falling on it) withou anyone noticing that the damage occurred!!’ Totally flawless!!It’s March 2021 abs I’m a repeat customer there again. Once again: perfection. Love this place

If you're looking to get professional work done on your car, don't even waste your time looking elsewhere. For months, I was planning on doing something to my Accord 2.0T and spent weeks looking for the place that would take care of my car like it was their own. Can't stress how easy it is to work with these guys, you tell them what you're looking to do and you'll see how excited they are to make you happy. Great people, great service, and most importantly great work. You're likely to see some very nice cars when you visit and you'll get the idea of the quality of work they do. I can easily say I was more than blown away by how good everything looks, absolutely no complaints. Any other work I have to get done, I will be 100% coming back.

Seth and his crew are the best. The only place we trust to reinstall the factory OEM paint protection back on after the cars come out of the body shop. Their level of detail is unmatched as is their commitment to perfection
