The owner Anthony and his staff were all helpful and friendly. They fixed my car and a few other minor things they found in a timely manner and at the price quoted. I will definitely use them again if needed in the future, and recommend them to all my friends and family.

I work on my own vehicle and am nervous about mechanic shops. I took my Ram 1500 to Accord Transmission and spoke with the owner, he didn't go overboard with the sales tactics which made me comfortable to leave the vehicle. I'm not going to make this a long post but they did what they said they would. The timeline that they gave for the repair was kept. I asked for the removed/damaged parts to be returned and they did. Returning the parts was a sign that I could use them again, a lot of shops will not return the broken parts when you request them. Accord does transmissions and differentials, my repair was for bearings in my differential and I would recommend them to my family/friends.

UNTRUSTWORTHY - verbal estimate, charged me $1000 cash between two visits and when I asked for a receipt he wrote in "no warranty" after getting paid. Didn't fix the problem, so when I asked for a written estimate to make it right, it was never delivered. What a shady operation, steer clear. AAMCO down the road fixed me right, warranty included.

My truck has been there for almost a month with the transmission in pieces. Anthony told me it would take 3 days. 2 weeks ago he promised to call me the next day and never did. Today I went there to express frustration and find out the status. I'm not sure if he's bi-polar or what but it was an odd mix of admitting he was wrong, to then trying to change the price he quoted $1200-1500 to repair the transmission " ( because I did not agree to the $3900 to rebuild it now the cost is $2300). He refused to provide any estimate in writing and will not provide a completion date. He then says that he's going to put the truck back together and I can take it somewhere else....but after I pay him for his labor!! Really? After almost a month of being without my truck this is his answer? I've literally never experienced anything less professional than this. This guy is crazy and you should stay away. I'm not into killing peoples businesses but this place is a mess. The other negative review sounds very similar to my experience. I wish I listened to my gut and not dealt with them. He said anything to get me to leave the truck with him and now all of the nonsense I had a feeling was coming is here. Next stop DMV complaint unit, followed closely by my attorney. Stay away

I brought my 2013 mustang to Anthony for a transmission issue I was experiencing. My car suddenly started lurching out of no where and my speedometer and tachometer were going nuts. I had a feeling it was a transmission issue, so I looked for the best shop to fix it in my area. Luckily, I found Accord. I met with Anthony, and he was really great at explaining everything to me and taking good care of my car. It has been a few months since I've had the work done and I have had no issues what so ever. My mustang is back to running just like she was before! I feel confident bringing my car here if I ever need to again in the future.

I've dealt with a lot of automobile repair places in my lifetime. Anthony is among the best. He knows what he's doing and he cares about your car. His prices are fair and honest. I would never bring my car to anybody else for any transmission or suspension related work. I just wish that all businesses could use his as a template for excellence. His location, while not very pretty it's convenient and his work is absolutely the best. Sometimes you cannot tell a book by its cover. His receptionist is professional, friendly, and caring. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Keep up the great work Anthony

This is by far the worst transmission shop I have ever been to I spoke with the owner and we agreed on a price of 2300 for a full rebuild if I paid cash no more no less upon picking the car up they tried to charge me $19.57 extra when I brought it to their attention he said the car need an extra part so he replaced it he never informed me that the part was going to be more money, and needed to be replaced instead he just tacked on extra $20 to the bill then when I confronted him about it he lost his mind And said the owner would come down here and shoot me in the head if I asked her about the extra $20 not sure what type of shop this is but I would not suggest it to my worst enemy.

My 2002 Ford Expedition had transmission issues. I brought the vehicle to Ability to evaluate the problems. Since this was a 2002 vehicle with about 100,000 miles. I thought it would be worth saving.
