Appliance Sales Plus saved the day! When our refrigerator died right before a holiday weekend, I called around to many area appliance stores in desperation. No one had the couple of fridges we’d selected as floor models for pickup, and the soonest delivery for our preferred models was after the holiday. When I reached Steve at Appliance Sales Plus, he was super helpful and offered model numbers for fridges they had on the floor that were similar to the ones I asked about. When my husband and I came in to take a look, multiple salespeople were super helpful and patient as we took our time to weigh the pros and cons of the few different models after seeing them in person. The icing on the cake? Once we picked our fridge out, instead of loading it into our pickup truck as we’d planned, the Appliance Sales Plus guys offered us the first delivery slot the next day. This allowed us to keep all of our holiday weekend plans AND avoid heave-ho-ing a heavy fridge into the house on our own! Delivery was on time, quick, and smooth, and our old fridge hauled away for a nominal fee. We love our new fridge and will definitely return to Appliance Sales Plus for the great service in the future!

I had a problem with a 3 year old refrigerator that was out of warranty. Bottom line is that they made it right ! Got a new one, price matched what maytag was going to do, delivered it fast and installed it quick. What else can you ask for. Local and honest.

Just bought a washer and dryer from Appliance Sales Plus. From their sales dept (Jimmy) to their delivery people, they are top quality and go over and above to make sure the customer is satisfied. Not my first purchase and it won't be my last ?

This is the fourth time we’ve bought an appliance from Appliance Sales Plus. The salespeople are courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. They can refer you to an electrician if needed before installing an appliance. Delivery and professional installation have always been on time. There’s a reason that this business has had continuous success.

Appliance Sales Plus is #1! We have made several purchases from them. The sales people are knowledgeable and friendly. The deliveries are on time and the guys are clean and very careful as to not hit walls, furniture, etc. I highly recommend them. The best deals and best service!

Bought and had delivered new washer/dryer combo last week and it couldn't have been easier! Jimmy was very helpful through the whole process and even went above and beyond when I had difficulty submitting rebates for my appliances. Highly recommend!

Thank you for your professionalism and dedication in assisting me to resolve an issue with a 2 year old refrigerator that essentially had a faulty heating element. Carl, the owner, went above and beyond to contact the company and ultimately resolved the issue. For well over 25 years I, as well as numerous family members, have been loyal customers. Service and dedication is the reason for this! They are highly recommended!

I am so happy with appliance sales plus and the installation of my new washing machine. Thrilled to have a top loader again. They removed the behemoth washing machine that was here from the previous owners. Then installed the new machine all within record time and were professional.

My Dishwasher (13 months old and now out of warranty) is not working.
It leaks badly! I was told by salesperson Jimmy at Appliance Sales I had to talk to Whirlpool who then said there was nothing they could do because it was out of warranty! An $800 appliance should last more than 13 months. Owner Karl basically said “what do you want me to do about it? ”I replied he should be an advocate for me with Whirlpool or pay for the repair. He said “that ain’t happening” and then added Happy Holidays to end the conversation! Very poor customer service and support!!! If I could give them less than one star if I could. They should be battling Whirlpool on my behalf. Probably headed to small claims! This is totally unacceptable!

I recently made my second purchase from Appliance Sales Plus. Their price was better than local big-box store retailers and the delivery service was very professional. They took great care not to damage my house during the installation and removal process. Additionally, several days after the purchase, the item in question dropped considerably in price. When I informed them, they credited me the difference between the original purchase price and the sales price - a gesture I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you so much for getting the new fridge delivered earlier than you first promised. With my fridge dying unexpectedly you really rose to the challenge to not only get me a replacement but one that fit the custom opening perfectly.Your delivery guys arrived on time, installed perfectly and cleaned up before leaving. They’re a real asset to your team.My wife and I have relied on Appliance Sales Plus for over 20 years. You’ve provided all the appliances in our home starting with a kitchen remodel, replacements as things wore out, washers, dryers and even my Weber grill.We have returned to you and your team for your fair prices, expert knowledge and of course your superb service.Again thank you. Hopefully others will realize there is value in working with local experts instead of a big box store.

I have purchased a refrigerator and a stove here. And neither one worked correctly from the day they were installed. I contacted appliance sales plus regarding the stove. And they sent over a repair man out of Connecticut who was rude obnoxious, And fixed nothing. Long story short, both the refrigerator and the stove. Were replaced again within 2 weeks as they did not work. And I did not use appliance sales plus to replace them. Appliance sales plus refused to even help us. I am an executive chef and I was told I was using my stove incorrectly and my refrigerator incorrectly. I do not recommend will and will never, ever purchase here again. Basically it was taking five thousand dollars and throwing it in the garbage.

BEWARE If I could l would give this company a 0. We bought a washer and dryer 3rd time we brought these from Appliance Plus. They delivered the products and they didn't have the correct line to the electric. Humm last time they did!! The delivery guys said they would go back to the store and see if they have one. They called twice and told us no electric cord. They gave us the name of Combs electric. He tried hard to get the line and in 2 days later it was delivered and installed. $350.00. No one from Appliance Plus ever called back to see if the dryer was working. The vent on the dryer was not the same as last time and would not fit. We had to do a mini renovation, Karl said "well you should have called me. Your mistake." No one from Appliance Sales plus EVER called us to see if the machines were working. The conversation went "I am the owner and you are the customer. I am correct and you are wrong." I said, "But isn't the customer always right?" Karl, "NO the customer is never right." Karl, "I did everything I was supposed to do and you did everything wrong. Have a good life."
