“We were in a collision on a Friday night in town. Our car was still working but we wanted to get a second opinion on it before we continued on with our road trip.I called Marty on the Saturday morning and asked if he had any openings on short notice. He said that he didn't have any openings to do any repairs, but if I brought the car over he'd give it a quick inspection within the hour.He did a thorough inspection for me. He checked the wheel balance, went for a drive, and looked at the trailer hitch (since the trailer had been hit). He also gave a good recommendation on a short term fix for the mirror.When I asked if he took credit card he told me he wasn't going to bill me for a quick look like that when I was having a rough weekend after getting hit by a car in oncoming traffic.We really appreciated that Marty was willing to fit us in on such short notice and I was shocked that he didn't charge us. We managed to enjoy our trip without a lot of disruption because of his help.”

Safe lot off the road out of view if you needed to leave your vehicle there. Got us back on the road in no time and was knowledgeable and friendly.”

“Was visiting Bradford from Cleveland Ohio when my Chrysler Town and Country died at a family reunion. AAA came out and said it was more than likely the alternator. Towed it to Cole Creek from a recommendation from the Best Western and some townies. They diagnosed it the next morning and replaced the alternator pronto. The service was extremely professional and the price was better than I was expecting (especially being from out of town I could have been taken advantage of). Thanks Cash for getting me safely home.”

“I have to give a shout out to Ed Hess. This was a return visit for a leaking tire. He was able to quickly find the culprit, which was a 1/2" long piece of metal about the size of a pencil lead. “Really did a great job on my Jeep and staff was super great! One employee in particular, Ken, helped me with my window when it was stuck for free. Had me drive over to the garage right when I called and had it working within seconds and diagnosed the problem for me. Also, when I needed actual work done to my car, the guys got me in within days and had the problem fixed by the next day. They were very straightforward with me about what needed done, checked with me before they did any repairs, and also gave me a heads up on the estimated cost (unlike many garages I’ve been to in the past). I’ve never reviewed anything before, but these guys deserve some recognition. As a woman, it’s nice to go to a garage and not feel taken advantage of for once ☺️P.S.— Give Ken a raise!”
