Awesome setting and great courses. I feel this place is a bit of a hidden gem. Some may complain about the cart paths and other random stuff, but this is a great place to play some golf. Went out last late in the fall of 2023, the weather didn't cooperate but the owner made it right for us when we went in to the clubhouse. For sure will keep going back.

Choosing Lima Country Club for my membership in April of 2023 couldn’t have been a better choice. I found everything top notch, staff,courses and overall total experience. Looking forward to 2024

I'm giving this wonderful course a 3 star only because in my opinion this course is not the course to walk. Not walking is not my reasoning!! SO to me the course NEEDS paved cart paths for sure thats my reasoning!! they will rattle your teeth. Tee areas a shamble!!! The reason, trees need to be trimmed for more sunlight for grass growth plus,too much watered tee ((there had been no rain lately) some tees lot of mud. BUT THE COURSE IS BEAUTIFUL!!! THE LAYOUT OF THE COURSE IS OUTSTANDING AND AGREAT CHALLENGE!!!!THE GREENS WERE FAST AND TRICKY . IF I WENT BACK AGAIN I WOULD DRIVE MY CART AT MOCK SLOW SPEED. HAVE FUN!!MY STATEMENT IS NOT SAYING DON'T GO.

Beautiful course with different trees, rolling hills, and country views. The course was in great shape and fun to play. I'm definitely going back and bringing friends with me.

Having this gem only ten minutes from my home is great. Whether you're looking for a tight short course (Island Oaks) or a little longer open course (Charleston Pines), you won't be disappointed.

Beautiful course, and friendly staff.Such a peaceful setting. The course is in acceptable condition, and the staff at the location was very friendly. My golf cart backfired an awful lot so they probably need updating, but I know golf courses have to be expensive vs the income they bring in. I’d recommend the Lima Country Club to anyone looking for a chill afternoon of golf.

I have golfed Lima CC many times over the years and more so this year. I enjoy golfing Island Oaks so much that I choose to overlook some of its flaws. I’m sorry but I just can’t continue to do this. The cart paths are horrendous and there are mountains of stone on site. The stairways to tee boxes are overgrown to the point a path is worn next to it as you can’t climb the stairs. Today at every hole the garbage cans were overflowing onto the tee boxes and there’s a broken down golf cart missing a wheel in the parking lot. I understand that the course is for sale and has been for a while. You might have better luck finding a buyer if you improve the product you’re selling. It’s unfortunate because the clubhouse is so beautiful and Island Oaks is just a little TLC away from being one of the better courses in the area In my opinion. I really hope you try and improve these conditions.

Played there for the Susan G. Komen Charity Tournament. Our foursome won there twice and tied the third and final year. Food was excellent and the service.
