We made an appointment for a passport and we arrived and the post office, they didnt want to help us claiming that you need to fill out the application and have copys of all documents before. they were claiming that it said on the email. There was nothing on the email regarding this. They told us we can go to a different post office. When we asked them if we can have an application they told us that someone came in that morning and took all 200 applications. We went down to the other post office, they helped us right away and we were done within 5 minutes. They told us that everyday the Liberty post office sends people there with the same lie, because they dont want to help anyone.

When we first moved in the mail service was great, however as of lately it has been very upsetting. We have had packages expected by certain dates for celebrations and I see the tracking that they are to be delivered then they never come and when I check back it say held at customer request which we never been made. If this was a one off I could understand however it happens repeatedly and is getting very frustrating. Please do better and stop lying about holds.

After reading other reviews, now I know other people in liberty are having the same exact issues. Visiting the local post office is a pleasure. The major problem this location has are their carriers. We used to have the best carrier but when she went on maternity leave last year, receiving our mail has been hell. Our carrier is down right a liar. He doesn't deliver our packages. When you ask him about it, you receive attitude. Also, My mother doesnt appreciate when she sees the mail truck pull up, she goes to the porch to greet them, and he will see her standing there (on oxygen) and park his truck right in front of her and eat his lunch. His behavior is becoming more passive aggressive. I've already had to make a report about him leaving our packages at the office and list them as "attempted to deliver", which is not true. We have 3 dogs that bark when they hear anyone step on the property, and my mother almost never leaves the house. Everytime this has happened we've been home. I've tried to call the office but no one ever answers. It's really discouraging. I know that tampering with mail is a federal offense and that seems to be taken lightly. My next step is the postal inspector. I'm backed against a wall. I really hope someone responsible takes a look at these comments and truly takes into consideration that what people are saying is happening IS actually happening. See pictures for example.

Extremely Rude clerks and passport managers. No forms available at all and no copies can be made here. Very bad experience here, avoid the passport service here and go elsewhere. Monticello and rock hill clerks are so pleasant and a pleasure to deal with .

Ever since the new person took over we don't get mail until 7pm or later. There are days we get no mail and according to the website we have mail.

Nice people just unreliable we use informed delivery & the mail we should of recieved today for this july 4th will be delivered on Tuesday just because they decided it's a holiday weekend & I guess they went home early government employees for us

The employees are friendly when I go in to the post office. I have scheduled a package pick up at my house, gotten confirmation and this is the 3rd time the carrier did not pick up my packages. He even came to the house to drop off packages, with my packages sitting on my porch for pickup. I do not understand how this keeps happening. I had ankle surgery and cannot drive so having package pickup for my small business is a necessity for me right now.

This is the second Saturday in a row where I paid extra for this post office in Liberty NY 12754 to get a signature release when delivering a package. I called the addressee to confirm the signature and she said she did not sign for the package nor did she get a knock on the door by the carrier. Both times this Saturday, June 6, 2020 and last week Saturday she has at home awaiting the carrier's knock for a signature. The carrier this Saturday and last Saturday left the package without a signature. I have paid extra both times for a signature release from the addressee and both times the carrier falsely signed it without the addressee's permission.

This is the laziest group of humans around. Won't deliver my packages to my door but will deliver my upstairs neighbors at their door then will not put a notice in my mailbox I only find out its waiting at the liberty post office when I contact the shipper. Can't wait for them to fold and close their doors

I mailed a bill out today. It was a medical bill from the foot doctor. I had some work done on my feet and went to see a podiatrist. He was nice. I thought I might put it off until next year, but I didn't. I used to wear sandals alot, but now use tennis shoes which are much more comfortable. I am going back in six months.

The key to customer service is listening to the customer the clerks need to pay more attention to the customer they are dealing with not a friend they no out of work smh .
