Black Seed has been known to lower cholesterol, so I decided to do something about my cholesterol problem finally. I ordered some black seed from Sweet Sunnah, the variety with Garlic and Olive Leaf. My cholesterol had been in the 400's, and after taking this capsule every day for 3 months, my reading was below 100!!! My Doctor was amazed!! He said, "Sue, you need SOME cholesterol in your system!" So, this stuff works wonders!! I have taken it for several years now and have not had a cholesterol problem again. Customer service is wonderful; my last chat was with Brittany, who couldn't have been more helpful and kind. The speed of delivery is more than satisfactory, and what else can I say?
