I go here quite frequently and I've never had a problem. It's a typical laundromat. Coin operated. $8 for the largest dryer option, $1.75 for 30 mins on the dryer. Well maintained.

I have been coming here for a while the best laundry matt around liberty ny I have had a great experience with the lady in the weekends Mandy she is very helpful showed me how to use the machines and explained everything the place is very clean and there is never a problem they can't fix live the panda parlor right next to it dollar general across the street I love this place

It is rare that I write a truly negative review because I know that businesses can be hurt in this difficult and ever-changing economic environment. But recent reviews of this Laundromat are consistently negative on multiple internet platforms, especially in recent years.I have been using this particular Super Duds Wash and Fold service for a long time, but after today 6/30/22, I won't be returning.When I arrived, at about 9:45 AM, to hand in my laundry at 10:00, the stated opening time, the place was a mess. There was garbage strewn about, laundry machine doors open with no staff present. The place was obviously not attended to the evening before so that customers could use an orderly/ clean laundromat.By 10:20, twenty minutes later than the stated opening time, for WASH and FOLD, I had to go to Juan in the management/ U-hall office so he could take in my laundry and accept payment. He kindly took the laundry, I fully paid, was given a receipt, and proceeded to leave. As I started to drive away, I was confronted by two women, one of whom called herself the "manager" whose name I will withhold at this time. I HAD NEVER MET THIS WOMAN BEFORE. She proceeded to call me inside and publicly chastise me because my laundry had a smell that was unacceptable to her, despite this being a WASH and FOLD service! She seemed to enjoy chastising me, doing so very publically, loudly, and brashly. She clearly said that it was her right to embarrass me because the other people on the property were " just employees." Even though my payment had been accepted by Juan, she returned it to me. Juan had no problem with my laundry, but she did.Of course, I was able to go to another Wash and Fold service without a problem. Naturally, I won't be returning. But I will contact the owner; not a manager, but the owner to have a one-on-one talk, even if he is in another state.I am fully cognizant that any business can refuse service for any reason except in the case of Legally Protected Classes of individuals. My wife is part of such a protected legal group under New York State and federal laws, although the NY statutes are more robust for me in this case.After I speak to the owner, I will evaluate the possibility of a legal complaint.Not recommended

I am so sick and tired of paying for wash and fold and having to refold everything. This time it was even ridiculously wrinkled like it sat overnight before it was folded.
