Probably one of the best spectrum stores I’ve been too. Both representatives are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, the guy that works there helped me transfer data from an android phone to an apple phone. Only downside is sometimes it can get really busy.

Heads a customer ask for help and the representatives stated if you don't like it cancel your service.
Man drove an hr and was on the phone for 6 hrs and was told. To come in. Not worth staying

The employees at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful. The lady that works here is very friendly and the new guy is awesome. Customers can sometimes be rude and they don't let it phase them at all!

This spectrum establishment was extremely helpful the employees were very helpful and patient we had no issues with anything and they did really well going through the payment process.

We got a xumo box at this site, after going to a chaotic Middletown store a few hours before. The Middletown Spectrum store had people waiting hours , yes hours to get to see an agent. We walked out after an hour wait. The Liberty NY store was the complete opposite, in and out, and the representative was efficient and friendly

Staff are very courteous and could not complain. They had my equipment ready to go within 2 mins. Still one of the best locations in the area for anything, Spectrum.
