Horrible customer service. Asked about help with a pellet stove installation. Was given horrible attitude over the phone, and waited on a call back 3 different times. I called back and was told each time I would receive a call back, never happened.

Bought one ton of pellets and asked that they be delivered (for a charge) the following week. Got them in the third week. No call...nothing. I called them during the second week and they indicated the “truck was in the shop”. Would have been basic customer service to at least let me know. Do not plan to buy from them... read full comment
