“I have had nothing but positive experiences with Tractor Supply. One night it was almost closing I called and asked if they had a brush extention for a chimney and the employee took the time to not only search for the item but to place it near the register so that I could purchase it. Thank you and you know who you are. Another time a young lady and I say young out of respect because many of us in our late 30's and 40's still feel young....lol assisted me with purchasing a couple items for a tile repair project. She was patient and knowledgeable just as the other employee was. Last and never least Jaime. A young man with mannerisms that are so hard to come by in this day and time assisted me with the return of the chimney brush and being able to search for my product on the computer which I never knew was a possibility. Thank you, thank you and thank you all so much. I highly recommend this establishment they are truly one of a kind.”

“I stopped in this Home Depot yesterday looking for a battery charger for my DeWalt drill. I looked it up online and it said there was one left in stock, it was about a 30 minute drive. When I got to the tool aisle, I was greeted by a tall man named Justin who was wearing a rigid shirt and was a representative from Milwaukee tools, he mentioned. Even though he was not a representative for DeWalt, he still helped me trying to find the charger I was looking for. It was so nice to see there are still good people that go above and beyond. And because of this, I wasn't even mad about Home Depot not having the charger in stock. Thanks Justin ?
I also own Milwaukee tools, mostly their M12 tools and one M18 drill and will certainly be buying more Milwaukee batteries and tools when I need them. Home Depot, please give this man the recognition he deserves because he certainly helped me from having a bad day. Thank you ?

Edit: Also, had to return a couple of items and the ladies at the return registers were very pleasant.”
