I called Joe in service and he sent someone down to actually pick it up (first surprise) and after replacing the plug and crush washer, he had one of the guys bring it back! (Second surprise) Keep in mind, I live about 45 minutes from Countryside. I would like to extend my thanks and gratitude to Joe and the crew! I could of stayed closer to home, but really appreciate the time and extra steps they did! The service alone is worth it for me to take the ride.”

“I was traveling upstate to the Catskills on a Sunday a couple of years ago when my check engine light came on and my car engine making noises. Not one automotive shop was open and I was desperate. I drove off Route 17 to Manor Motors and the shop was closed as it was Sunday. I looked in the window and saw a light so I knocked. Well it was the owner and I was with my small daughter and we had just adopted a baby Pit Bull. Anyway he opened the door and he did something to my engine to let me continue driving. He wouldn't charge me a dime. That just doesn't happen anymore - Anyway he spent some time on my car and was my Savior! I highly recommend him. “Just got my new headlights installed finally after having it sit in my trunk for about 6 months because everywhere were either scared to install them or just didn’t have the time. Well I finally got them installed by “Jim” who went absolutely above and beyond by not only installing them, but also other minor issues I had on my bmw. Either way it was EXCELLENT service from everyone there and also great work.OH AND THE RATES WERE GREAT AS WELL!200% recommend and I didn’t even need to be paid for this review, this is just my experience and honest take.”

“My daughter had her 1994 Toyota pick up in for major engine repair. Seth spoke to my daughter about the repairs that were needed and an estimate on the cost. As a father of course I just wanted to check and see what was being done. After speaking to Seth I had complete confidence in what he had told my daughter. He was dead honest with her and was so thorough with communication and updates. “These guys are the absolute best garage I've dealt with in all my years living here in the Catskills. Our Ford Focus was being a real PIA with the check engine light. I replaced the O2 sensors myself and the light had gone off on it's own so I figured all was good to go for inspection since I didn't clear the codes nor did I reset the monitors manually (only unhooked the battery for about an hour). Nope, I was wrong. Brought it there and was told it still needed a few monitors to come back up. Panic set in. We were recommended as to how to drive it to get them back up into ready status but ,since my license was expired, I had to have my girl attempt it and that was a no go and she was stressing out big time. So we came back to the garage and asked if there was any way they could try to drive it since they have the monitoring equipment and Jamie saved the day. Please don't think I'm saying that if your check engine light is on they'll pass you as I actually fixed the problems that were throwing the codes. Just that these newer cars are a real PIA to get the computer to fully bring the monitors back up. Jamie was out for 2 hours to get this car ready to test. We would've never been able to get this done ourselves. We dropped in during lunch hour and I was worried about interrupting their lunch as everyone needs to eat. He had other vehicles he was working on too and this guy took the time to get us legal. I can't begin to thank Jamie enough. We'll be taking our car here from now on. Highly recommend them and their prices are the best. Most of these garages in these small towns haven't a clue what they're doing, especially on the newer vehicles, and you can expect them to jump straight to claiming you need a whole engine replacement(manor motors*cough cough*), etc. If you've been scared sh1tless by the same type of experience then get your car outta whatever garage it's at and take it here to White Sulphur Auto & Truck!!!”

“I like this place I actually went to it because I give underdogs a chance and I heard some bad things about it and I was pleasantly surprised it’s family ran they are very fast with their service very good price and are honest people I noticed someone said that the majority of the five stars are fake account I’m not sure if that’s true I know this one’s not fakeAnd judging by my experience I would gather they are not fake either most of the one stars are problems with his neighbors I was told great company definitely recommend”
