“Been here dozens of times. Great customer service until this past time. One young girl in her 20's to run the entire store because the other employee was on break. She did her best to help everyone but you can't run the register and help on the floor at the same time.”

“It appears that Holly Fratello should be called "Professor Jeans." Apparently with only 3 iPhone photos and a general understanding of my size, she recommended casual and night-out pants. The jeans are currently the pair I wear EVERY day and even sit around in my underwear while that pair are in the wash. (I need to get me a back-up pair ASAP)I was skeptical getting pants as a present, but if I knew in advance these were Professor Jeans' recommendations; I would have unwrapped the package even faster to put the jeans on!What if I was able to work with Holly face-to-face in the store? “Well. I do not shop here. My Wie does. On this particular occasion, I went in with her. Since I was with her, and I am obviously not the one shopping I could just do the husbandly duty and just stand there hold the purse while she tries stuff on, and try not to zone out. The store it's self was very clean. The staff was very friendly and super helpful. My wife found the items she was looking for but not the color she wanted. So when she asked the staff jumped on the computer looked at the stock of other stores and had it shipped to our house for no extra charge. My wife was very happy, and I was very happy because as soon as we left we went to canadian tire.”
