I needed a candy thermometer and decided to call . The man said they had one and I thanked him. Went to go get it and he had set it aside for me and I didn't even ask for him to do. Very friendly and very pleased with service. Will be my to go hardware store. Highly recommend

Amazing selection of nuts, bolts, and screws. Super friendly and helpful too.Only improvement would be if they carried incandescent bulbs and string lights. But, it's thanks to Biden and Obama we no longer have freedom to chose our light bulbs.

Tried returning a light bulb only to be told it couldn’t be returned. If you’re not going to allow returns on certain items it should be made clear at the time of purchase and not after the fact.

They do ok for a small hardware store. David M., i never worked there, I dont know why she lied to you. I called you a name because you cut me off in traffic, got cussed out, so you posted a lie. Pull your head out bud.

One of the MOST organized hardware store I have ever come across in more than 50 years of buying. They know exactly what the have and how to fix what you have. Who could ask for anything more.

Today I was confronted by a store employee who feels comfortable using homophobic slurs in the parking lot of his place of work. I called to address the matter with the owner and was hung up on.. Mr Warren has spent many years growing this family business, and I find it very hard to believe that someone willing to express such verbal hate is employed here. I will not return until the matter is resolved and will be sure to share my experience with community leaders.

If I could give this facility 0 stars I would. They have no customer service skills at all. I personally have worked in retail before at a young age. I live in Niagara Falls, but had my parents drop off the screen since I am a stay at home mom of 2 young children. Anyways I stopped in with my kids today after my cat's vet appointment to get my son's screen. I wish I never did. The 3 workers were talking and never even acknowledged me ONCE. FINALLY one of them said we will talk about the grill later help the customer. My kids were just looking at the keys and putting them back. The man snottingly said to me make sure they put the keys back in the right spot as he was ringing me up at the cash register. I said I've been waiting here and he said well we were in a discussion. REALLY! Is that how you treat customers? Then my son didn't touch a thing AND was looking at the numbers of signs that go on a house. The owners daughter just stood behind my son and he didn't even touch anything. She said to me I'm just watching him so he doesn't touch anything and it falls. I said to her he isn't going to touch anything. I was so uncomfortable I just wanted to get out of this store and go home. I will never return here again. This was the SECOND chance I gave this place Before they yelled at my kids for handling kids garden toys. I will be finding a different place to do my screens. I grew up in Lewiston since 1979 AND have experienced all the hardware stores at this location. I have never seen kids treated this way or women. Hector's used to be very friendly. I feel sorry for the Lewiston residents that have to deal with this customer service like my family that lives in Lewiston. This is not how you treat customers AND kids. My kids are very respectful and even my own kids felt very uncomfortable in this store. I gave 2 chances I will never be treated this way again. I called my husband at work after this awful experience. Home Depot at least treats me with dignity.
