So tonight at approximately 7:30 PM my 9 year old daughter went to cash out today with me at self checkout. We scanned all of our items and then realized it was for cards 💳 ONLY. So we went to another u scan register. By that time 4 employees surrounded the register we had left. They thought someone had stolen the items. My daughter heard them say we have a walkaway on our hands. And my daughter said every time she turned around the man in the plaid shirt stared at her like she was stealing. Must have been a manager. So I was so irritated by being accused of stealing that I approached one of the employees that is always so sweet and told him what happened. That we moved registers. I have never stolen anything in my life!!!
A few weeks prior to this Friendly crayon popsicles were supposed to be buy 1 get 1 free and it did not ring up that way at u scan. I was with my 12 year old son this time. I told the workers and even brought the sticker to them. They still would not honor it. So the next time I was at this Tops the sticker was placed back at the area.
I grew up at this Tops since it opened. There was Bells at the CVS in the 1980s. And it seems only 1-2 employees are actually pleasant. Please do NOT assume
people are stealing! It is a very bad look when you have children with you as a single mom!!!

Brother went to get diapers and other items. Member of the party had a injured leg and used the mobile cart. Manager did not like idea of the young kid riding the cart. Manager refuse service his service. Owner should looking this ASAP.

I don't have any complaints about Tops expect a specific employee that has cashed me out a few times. I now will avoid at all cost. She's rude and doesn't know how to package groceries. I wasn't paying attention when she packed them and my hot dog buns were flat. Not sure how she even has her job. Ive seen her being rud to others while cashing out. The cranky elders shouldn't work with the public.

Between the exorbitant prices, inept staff, and the worst deli counter in WNY, this store never fails to disappoint. 1 star because zero is not an option. Wow Legos! How about fix the voluminous amount of problems in the store instead of selling overpriced Legos. Awful.

Stupidest grocery I have ever been in!! Self check out had NO bags at any self checkout! NO ONE including the two young men were willing to help!!!! So were they really men!! Unsure!!!! Insane!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

Accuse an innocent mother with her newborn of stealing after she just cashed out and paid for everything !!! I will NEVER go to the tops in Lewiston again . Super trashy and they need to get their shit together !!

Just purchased 6.97lbs of 80%/20%ground beef. Just checked it on my kitchen scale and it only weighed 6.15lbs. It's bad enough how much they charge for this low quality product. I normally go to an Amish store called Miller's, but because they only do their meets on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, and today is only Monday, I had no choice since my daughters wanted tacos for dinner. If you have a kitchen scale, I recommend checking the weight.

Cinnamon rolls should not taste like a fireball! I was craving Cinnamon rolls really bad, thought I'd splurge by getting fresh Bakery ones. Well they are awful. As soon as I opened the container it smelled like a fireball. I ate a few bites, every bite has WAY too much Cinnamon and tastes like a fireball. It's like when they made it they forgot that the filling is supposed to have Cinnamon and sugar and butter, instead they put straight Cinnamon. Very disappointed, should have gotten the ones in a can.

I bought two items. Self checked out and chose no bags. Checked my receipt. 8 cent bag fee. Would it have cheaper to go with one bag for 6 cents??? . I will never know. Done shopping here
