Pharmacy tech VERY unfriendly VERY bad attitude. Very unprofessional. Slaming my prescriptions on the counter not once but twice. This is the second time having to deal with her. She was the same way the first time as well.

This drug store is a winner! The pharmacists are caring and very knowledgeable. The other staff are more than willing to help and their product lines are of good quality. The store often has very nice deals on skin care lines that I use. And their rewards program has saved us some nice $$$! I recommend this Rite Aid heartily.

Mary the receptionist is very rude. If your super nice, or rude to her it doesn’t matter..she is always miserable! She never smiles and speaks to you like you’re bothering her. I honestly don’t know how she still has a job . She must be related to the owner because she is the face of the pharmacy and makes it look so bad.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and unfriendly. Larger woman at the computer doesn’t know how to say hi or have any customer service skills. Pharmacy manager is also not friendly and clearly doesn’t know how to manage a staff. Would not recommend getting anything from this pharmacy. They were slow, not knowledgeable, and should go back to school to learn basic manners.

The best drug store anywhere. The pharmacy staff is the is caring and so helpful. All the people from the manager to the cashiers are friendly and helpful. I actually look forward to shopping at the Rite aid in Lewiston.

i have never dealt with such rude employees in my life before. They act like they are all high on the drugs from the pharmacy and are disrespectful when you are waiting. I was even hung up on . Worst pharmacy customer service i do not suggest this rite aid pharmacy

The pharmacy staff is amazing. So helpful helpful especially Mary. Wife went through multiple medical issues for about 2 years and always worked with doctors and insurance companies to get her what she needed. And if they didn't have something they called other pharmacies to find it. Couldn't ask for better people. Thank you again!

FYI: it's illegal for a drug store to deny customers access to a restroom!!! I had to end up using a port a potty- thanks for nothing!!!
