horrible service, the worker was rude, she talked over & ignored me the entire time i was there, as well as directing all the information about my account to the person i was with (who has no access or connection), and socializing instead of doing her job. what should have taken 45 minutes took almost 2 and a half hours because of her messing up so many times. hopefully it was just this employee, since i've had other pleasant experiences there before

Though bank hours are infamously bad, I really wish they were open at least till 5 or 5:30 during the week.Would have helped me with issues relating to Northwest. Ok bank though office is nice.

This Bank does not care about its customers..at all..changes policies so they can nickel and dime you..will lose all my business over $10....losers

Told bank to close account and they refused. Asked for no overdraft, they refused. Asked for help with my negative balance or understanding my account no help. They said to figure it out on my own. They are rude and inconsiderate and very very unhelpful at this bank in lewiston. They dont care to help any customer with there account. I was told to come see a manager today and no manager was even on duty.i felt like in simple words that I was bullied.

Northwest Bank in Lewiston is a great asset to the Village of Lewiston. The staff is knowledgeable and involved in the community.

Though the people at this branch are great the company is the worst I have ever had to deal with. The people at the home office are difficult to work with. Tending to lie and procrastinate in their dealings with customers. I am finally free from this bank.
