6400 Lundy's Ln, Niagara Falls“Our favourite place in Niagara... by far. Comfy, good location, fun pool, easy parking, plenty of food options nearby, great restaurant on site, always clean and competitive rates. Great for families or a getaway.”
“Rooms are spacious but did not smell fresh. The reason I gave it 4 stars is because the pool was absolutely packed...not a chair or lounger available and the girl explained that Spa people can use it too. I paid alot of money for a room for my daughter and I and we went to Spa as well but should have been able to find a seat by the pool...tried for 3 hours. Spa people should not supercede hotel people for outdoor pool. Service was incredible and wonderful from the front desk to the room service to the restaurant to those passing you in the hallway. Top of the line on all levels. Wonderful workers. They deserve 10 stars!”

643 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls“I've been a an titanium Elite member for approximately 15 years. When I approach the desk I was not recognized as a elite member. The lady was super nice and very kind. However if you're not greeted based on your status Marriott has a policy where they'll give you $50.
I had requested extra soap lotion towels and feather pillows. Of this request none of them were in the room.
I did request a late check out and when I checked in she did state that have been approved. The facilities overall were nice and comfortable and what I've come to expect from Fairfield properties.
Side note: in the breakfast area in the mornings it was mad chaos. Food was everywhere people were acting like animals. So to avoid from being in the "mosh pit", I avoided breakfast both mornings. Bless your employees hearts that they have to put up with that chaos and cleanup. They need a raise or something more than regular pay.
Overall my stay was pleasant just what I needed and I appreciate it.”
“I'm reviewing the Falls Manor restaurant, not the hotel. This place is a hidden gem outside the touristm zone in Niagara, and a staple stop for nearly every road trip to Niagara falls or Buffalo.Every visit is like a trip back in time to a place frozen in time. It is always a joy to see various chicken-themed paraphernalia on the walls in different rooms of the restaurant. The servers working here are always friendly and quick with their suggestions. Even before the pandemic it is always great to step into the diner where you can greet your favourite servers and be welcomed like you truly belong there. The broasted (roasted, then broiled to perfection) chicken wings are my absolute favourite here. The wings come in whole (drums to tips, not in three separate pieces), so consider this when ordering for the table. Honey garlic and medium sauces are my usual choices, with hot sauce on the side. In my latest trip I ordered the beef liver, which was amazing! The beef liver was tender and savoury, paired well with the onion slices. For perfect pairing, get the coleslaw and broasted potatoes for sides.”
“A very nice, small hotel in a lovely location. The owner John is extremely friendly and informed us very well. The room is pretty decorated, nice and clean, but a little small.”

I will give the housekeeping crew and the breakfast crew major props for doing an outstanding job. The entire hotel was really clean and the breakfast was a great added perk. We'd definitely stay here again, but would book a bigger room.”

“Delicious food. I ordered the smash burger and it was excellent. The Pattie's were nice and thin with that smashed crust you know and love and served on a slightly toasted Costanzo bun. I also tried their wings. We ordered 6 different flavors and I really liked them all.”

As the event planner, I have high praise for the professionalism (and patience) of the events team and The Gate House's seamless integration with the adjacent 124 on Queen Hotel & Spa and Treadwell Cuisine. Everything ran perfectly and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll be back!”

“Falls Avenue Resort.. Like Nowhere else, truly lives up to its slogan. I have worked here for almost two months now and it truly is an amazing place to work previous to joining Falls Ave, I planned to go into social worker, however now I do not see myself leaving Falls Ave, but rather moving up into employee services and making it a career. There truly is a job for anyone and everyone at Falls Ave, when I need an accommodation they had it completed in a matter of 24 hours. It comes down to the old saying treat others how you wish to be treated. This resort has everything from the Adventure City Arcade for Kids, The Family Friendly Falls view Indoor Waterpark, The Casino Niagara. as well as a plethora of dinning options - from fast take out (Starbucks, Freshii, Terrace Food Court which features a Pizza Hut and Great Canadian Burgers) to Pub Foods, such as Niagara Brewing Company and Billy Bones BBQ. To themed restaurants such as the Rain Forrest Café, to fine dinning restaurants such as Prime Steakhouse, the Rainbow Room and the Sheraton Falls view dining level.,Having some of the best amenities in Canada along with top tier views of the 7th wonder of the world - Falls Avenue is not cheap but you 110% Get what you pay for, and is sure to please every traveler. And when you thought the amenities could not get better - they do! They are all connected and you never need to leave the resort! I highly recommended checking out Falls Avenue Resort, it turly is like nowhere else!”

114 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls“Absolute top tier experience. My husband and I came to Niagara Falls to celebrate our wedding anniversary and always stay at IHG hotels when given the chance. We got a room on the first floor and were glad to be close to the restaurant and to the car. We were abruptly woken in the middle of the night by a group of unsupervised children banging on doors down our hallway. I called and spoke with someone at the front desk to let them know and was eventually able to go back to sleep. The next morning, I spoke with two wonderful ladies at the front desk. Even though Holiday Inn was at ZERO fault for what happened, they handled the situation with compassion and true professionalism. They upgraded our room to a suite, left a bottle of champagne (my favorite ?) with a note, and access to the VIP lounge. Talk about above and beyond experience. None of it was necessary, as again, they were at no fault for what happened but what a way to turn our bad night into something we will surely remember for a long time. Highly, highly recommend this hotel.”
“Just stayed here this past weekend. Everything was clean, neat & updated. The GM Robert made our stay extra special. He actually remembered our names & made sure he said Good Morning every morning. He set up our excursion to the Falls leaving us to have a great time without stress! Breakfast was great it definitely gave us. a good start. We would definitely recommend to others.Rooms: Clean & updated. The beds were very comfortable!”
“My son visited the Fallsview Tourist Area with his class. They had an absolute blast and we heard of the venture for days afterwards.Unfortunately, my son left his bag at the Wendy's in the area. We live in London and were unable to make the trip to Niagara to retrieve it.Through the help of a number of staff working within the Fallsview Tourist Area, and an outpouring of kindness and patience, we have been able to make arrangements to get the bag back. I cannot express the gratitude and level of appreciation I have for the folks who communicated with me over this past week. Many thanks. This goes well beyond customer service, and is a show of humanity. We appreciate you!!”
“Have only trusted Hilton, Sheraton, Marriott Holiday Inn brand name Hotels. With Cadillac Motel and now River Rapids being the exceptional exception. General Manager Fabin was totally awesome and so Sweet. We were welcomed like a family member. Queen beds were plush soft with 3 great pillows. Bathroom was just remodeled as was the entire luxury suite. Largest warm indoor pool in Niagara Falls for serene quiet scream free lane swimming.Nearby activities: Taps Brewhouse and a plethora of dining establishments are just down Victoria Street.Safety: Card Tap entry, security Cams and well lite all night makes safety assurance.Walkability: Walking for 30 minutes along the Niagara Gorge side walk is thrilling.Food & drinks: Scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, yogurt, raison toast, bagels, cream cheese, bananas apples mandarins, coffee, tea, cream and milk, 4 dry cereal varieties, heirloom tomatoes etc.Noteworthy details: Rooms facing the Gorge have a Gorgeous view.”
“Rooms rooms where updated and clean. Service was professional friendly and efficient. The pool was clean but slightly cold. There jacuzzi could be hotter and cleaned.”
“The level of luxury and comfort at Enjoy Hotel is unparalleled. From the plush bedding to the top-notch amenities, it's evident they strive for excellence. Definitely deserving of a glowing 5-star review!”
“I was suprised to find any bad reviews the man who worked the front desk was very nice very pleasant and very respectful. My deposit was returned to me in the morning I stayed in room 9 which was very clean I loved it I thought it was not only affordable but nice and cozy as well. Besides losing my owl necklace there somewhere I had no complaints. I would reccomend.”
“Very comfortable clean rooms. Fridge and microwave in the rooms. A little dated but price is great. Recommend to anyone having to stay for a few nights. Restaurants and shopping close by.”
“We were impressed by our stay here. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We came as a family group of 15 and they let us use the tables/continental breakfast area for a gathering place to eat our dinner when we arrived late that evening. The rooms were simple, butaccommodating. Breakfast was simple, but there were enough options for the whole family. (They indicated that breakfast was seasonal, starting up again the beginning of April when we came.) ....I would return again.”

6141 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls“Our crew had a great stay here for 2 nights.
Before going we had read the reviews and hoped we would not have as many issues as others stated. We had an easy check in, hotel staff were kind and courteous and we were always greeted in the hallways by staff. We got a suite which was right beside the elevators plus a small hallway leading to both our rooms included in the suite which was perfect for 2 adults and 4 young adults. Our other party had a room close by as well. It is all newly renovated where we were and clean and smelled new. We were very pleased. There was also a jacuzzi in our room. The pool was clean and they provided towels. Front desk was more than attentive in helping us print some tickets for the attractions.
This hotel is renovating so if you take the elevators on the newly renovated area to the 3rd floor where the pool is there is construction before you get to the pool, I did turn back thinking I was in the wrong area, so hotel staff should be mindful to tell people about this. There are a good amount of amenities here - but here are the things we found may help in someone else’s stay here.
Parking - $50 for the night or $35 in the overflow. That is the expected rate at any hotel in the area which fluctuates depending on time of year or season. This should not come as a surprise.
IHOP in the hotel - huge waste of money. Small servings, and very high priced menu (tip is an automatic 17%, and don’t forget the Niagara Tourist Tax) Again, this is normally the standard on hotels, and everything you buy or eat in Niagara Falls has the tourist tax. Recommend walking to a greasy spoon breakfast place for added value.
Water -for drinking water - buy a case and leave it in your car! Bottles and cases of water are between $5-$15 in the surrounding area!
Do not drink the hotel water as being under renovation at one point our water stopped working (we were not affected other than not being able to flush for a bit but were going out to the attractions anyway) and when it was fixed it did run brown for awhile after. The water also is a hit or miss for showers being cold.
Walking to Clifton hill is not a bad trek if the weather is decent, and taking an uber back is good too as well! There is also an indoor path directly to the casino which was very convenient.
Overall we were happy with our stay and would love to go back again!”

795 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls“The hotel itself was great. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast was...what I expected.
I'm only giving it 4 stars because of parking and noise. Parking is incredibly limited. Several families show up in multiple cars fully loaded, and then use only one or two rooms. These families allow their children to run up and the halls. Not necessarily the hotels fault...but was frustrating.
This hotel should have a parking rule that is enforced. 1 vehicle per room...this rule is necessary, considering the amount of rooms compared to parking spots.”

333 Rainbow Blvd, Niagara Falls“Room was great for what we needed. Had an issue with the room keys not working a few times, but they got us a set to work after a couple trips down to the front desk. We only stayed one night to go see the falls. It was what I had expected.Rooms: The room was clean. Water pressure was good. Only complaint is tv remote wouldn't work from the bed.Nearby activities: Quick drive to the falls.”

5820 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls“The rooms were old but also clean and repaired. It’s obvious the owner takes pride in their establishment and there is a homelike feel.Other patrons will not be as easily influenced, but my 9yo thought it was the most luxurious experience every. He marveled at the shower and the quality of the soaps. He waxed poetic over the bed linens, pillows and “perfect” mattresses. He never got a better sleep in his life. Honestly, we adults never got a better night’s sleep either. The beds were super comfortable and every nap turned into an hours long experience.”

443 Main St, Niagara Falls“10/10. I'll just get to it.We bought a Groupon, and we were skeptical. We got there at probably around 8 pm Thursays. There was NOONE in the parking lot... we were skeptical. We were on the 2nd floor facing the casino. We checked in, the room was absolutely beautiful and what me and my best friend were looking for.... until we opened the curtain. The casino was beautiful but the other buildings.... were NOT. So we went to the falls. (a less than 5 minutes walk) On the way back into the hotel, we asked the host to upgrade the next morning to view the falls. She told us to come down in the morning and talk to the manager, and that's exactly what we did. The next morning we went down and the staff & manager was more than happy to upgrade us to a better room. I have to add this... they not only ungraded us, they showed us multiple rooms before we committed. I was BLOWN away how accommodating they were. We ended up on the 8th floor in a beautiful suite. It PASSED the vibe check yall. A sauna and waterfall shower made our night!!! There's a towl warmer! There's also a UV phone cleaner and wireless phone charger! The room was by far the most beautiful room I've ever stayed! Peep the pictures! BOOK THE ROOM. It is right across the street of the rainbow bridge. Took us maybe 10 minutes to walk to the maid of the mist. It's soooo worth it!!! 20/10. WILL be staying again.Rooms: Face the Canada side!!! You will not regret it!! Great for people watching too!Nearby activities: Maid of the MistOverlook observation deckThe Rainforest CafeSeneca CasinoWe walked to EVERYTHING.Food & drinks: Less than 10 minutes from EVERYTHING.Noteworthy details: The 8th floor facing the falls. Is breathtaking.”

4357 River Rd, Niagara Falls“We booked 2 rooms through priceline. Hotel was clean and so were the rooms. Breakfast was a buffet breakfast. Had eggs, breads, bagels, pancakes, hasbrowns, cereal, apples, bananas, coffee, tea and juice. The breakfast was pretty good. Area was clean and the food was all fresh. Parking was $10 a night too on top of room rate which is reasonable for the Niagara Falls area. Would stay again.”
“Beautiful old building looks like there renovating .but lots of characters. The whole street is filled with beautiful old buildings. Great place for a stroll and lunch”
