“I came in today with an issue with my weed wacker.. Mary helped me at first. She tried several things to help.. even went and looked at a new one. She had a customer at the register so Al came along. He was amazing! He had a similar problem and showed me how to fix it! Both of these employees were fantastic! “Great sales team . Always willing to help . Only reason I did not give five stars is ….. I purchased a Husqvarna tractor from them . After I tried to adjust seat the bolt was striped . The owner said he would repair it for me when my mulching kit came in . It took three months for kit to arrive. The seat need a whole new bracket so they ordered it for me in September. I still have not received bracket . It is nothing against store but I will not purchase another Husqvarna item again”
“Great service, they were able to provide me with some large pipe extractors that I couldn't find locally. (1" pipe and a 1/2" pipe fitting) much rather support a local business than big box or online. The quality of the extractors they had were far better and larger than what the big box had to offer.”

“Great staff, horrible manager! Went in to the North Tonawanda Value for paint and was taken care of by Enzo. Really nice, in training so he took his time and rechecked everything which we would prefer instead of rushing through. Had a question so asked the manager who immediately bit his head off when he tried to explain. Literally said “don’t ever try and correct my correct statement. “ Enzo apologized while manager continued to berate him for trying to learn! All the while, Enzo was right all along, the manager just didn’t want to deal with us and rushed a quick decision because he didn’t want to sell us a cheaper paint. He wanted the sale and the associates wanted to help. He called Chris over, another great associate and said to help because he “shouldn’t have to deal with this” and Chris apologized to him and said, I know managers just delegate. Umm no… I’m a manager and we’re there to help and develop. I felt so bad for this staff who are so great and literally had to walk on eggshells around this bafoon manager. Especially in front of customers!! I would have left a 1 star rating except the staff is great and they shouldn’t be punished for bad management.”
“I think it's a family that runs this place because of the way they were all interacting and joking around. You could say it was borderline unprofessional but I'm not a Karen. As long as the distractions don't cause me to wait I don't care.It's a nice big clean store that's going to have everything that you need without having to go to the big box stores which is like going to the airport for a bag of milk.”

“Love shopping at this Rona @Niagara Falls! They always have great deals going, prices are often significantly better than that at HD, there is a loyalty program and most importantly, their staff is super friendly and very knowledgeable, eager to share and help navigating through often tough choices. This adds a great deal to the connectedness level, this store just feels like a family next door, they are a part of the community for real. In this regard, I'd like to call out Shannon, their associate, who was super helpful in solving my "build a backyard paradise with a grill and a whole set of furniture." She understood the scope of my project on the fly, offered a solid advice, and most importantly, organized the labor inside the store to help get the large boxes off the high shelves super fast (this does not happen very often in other stores). All in all I was all set in 15 minutes, which could have taken an hour or more elsewhere. All of my stuff was quickly loaded into my car. Kudos and hats off to her! Highly recommend and will be shopping here every chance I get.”
