Bridget was the most lovely person I’ve ever met she helped me out with all my issues regarding my plan and greeted me upon arrival if anything else occurs I’ll be sure to head to her!!! Best worker there

I just changed from t mobile to Verizon at this location and I regret all ready one of the salesmen was trying to give me a used Apple Watch instead of new one also the waiting time is 3 hrs to do a simple process

For some time, my experience with Verizon stores has been to go to the corporate location and stay away from 'authorized dealers.' A few years back I went to this Levittown store and had a mediocre experience. I then started going to the corporate store in Merrick and could not have been happier.
I don't know what happened, but now my experience was the total opposite.
A few days ago I went to the Merrick location. My son has been having issues with his phone for some time. With him going out of the country soon, it was important to make sure his devices was properly working or look into a replacement. It wasn't that the rep at that location was unhelpful. But he just didn't seem to care. He was aloof, rude and tried to "tech-splain" things that we assured him we already understood. We just didn't like the experience so we left.
The next day, I decided to bite the bullet and go back to the authorized dealer in Levittown. We were warmly greeted by Brigitte . I explained the situation and we discussed options. In the end, we decided to go with a new phone (paying off the existing one in the process). Brigitte still managed to procure some discounts and also reviewed my Verizon account, identifying some redundancies and got them removed off the bill.
Brigitte was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and knew how to provide excellent customer service. I would absolutely recommend asking for her by name if you need help.

Sebastian immediately greeted me upon entering the store and asked me how he could help me. I showed him my phone and he explained all of my options for repair and or getting a new phone. He was kind, helpful, and kept me smiling throughout the process. I left the store with a new phone. If you need help with your phone, visit this location! Sebastian is professional and respectful. I definitely recommend him.

Went and upgraded a phone and a tablet today. Steven attended to me and was a real gentleman. He was knowledgeable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He knew the plans, he knew the devices and explained that changing a couple of things on my plan actually saved me a little on my monthly payment. Will definitely be using this location again.

Angel was very professional and knowledgeable when he helped with my upgrade. He and MD were so helpful when I had an issue with the transfer. They both went out of their way to help me. I would highly recommend them.

I received the best customer service from Abdul. He was able to keep my bill the same while also upgrading me and my wife's cell phones. I am so glad to meet Abdul and I would recommend him to anyone who wants service on their cellphones.

Verizon retailer. Not an actual Verizon store. My 80 year old veteran father and 83 year old mother went to this store to upgrade their shared cell phone. He was informed that his tablet (which he received 3 years prior after being told it was free - not understanding they opened a line for it) had a telephone number and he asked to have them cancel it. He was told to make the tablet work he would need this box and it was free. He walked out with a upgraded phone and a $379 5G Hotspot and was told that the hot spot was free and needed to make the tablet "still work". He doesn't know what any of that means and took the slimmy scumbag at his word. He was told it was free. None of it was free, of course. Obviously I went in and returned the hot spot for them but the fact that they even made this sale knowing that they were taking advantage of an elderly couple is disgusting and repugnant, to say the least. Terrible business practices, do not go here!!! Salesman was Kirk Bisson.

My experience is always a good one at this Verizon location. The associate helping me wan named Angel, and he was knowledgeable, helpful, and efficient. Props to this Verizon location and Angel himself!!

I ABSOLUTLEY WISH TO THANK "MY SAVIOR" DORIAN. THIS MAN SAVED MY LIFE THIS MORNING BY RECOVERING MY PHONE FROM THE IDIOT WHO OWNS IT. HE IS A GENIUS IN EVERY POSSIBLE WAY. WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO THIS STORE FOR YEARS. EVEN THOUGH DORIAN HAS ONLY BEEN THERE A FEW MONTHS, IT SEEMS THE MANAGEMENT ALWAYS KNOWS TO HIRE THE BEST.THANKS AGAINMERRY CHRISTMASSTEVE
