I had a lock screen issue and the Verizon rep was able to unlock and restore my cell phone within a minute. Very impressive how she could navigate so quickly. I'm still in the 8-track days ..... thanks Verizon

Justin was so great. He called me outside of his work hours to make sure my phone was working..even zoom called me to help me set some stuff up. Awesome
