Horrible. The service schedule says they close on Fridays at 5:00 pm but the employees close much earlier. I have arrived on three occasions 10, 8 or 5 minutes early and the doors are already closed. The employees on duty are not interested in working, they should hire honest and responsible people. They want money so they should do their job well. They could also change the announced hours and instead of saying they close at 5, they could put a new closing time of 4:50. Simple.!!!

Not sure why the postal worker Armani is so rude and condescending towards customers especially me , hopefully her day gets better. Also you guys should clean your post office it’s absolutely disgusting in here. A women almost has an Asma attack how dusty your facility is. Shame on you.

Passports for children 2.5 and 3 months, Awful experience rude lazy incompetent staff. They tried to put us as part of another families appointment. They took photos in lobby and didn’t know how to do the new born. We had to Go to another post office, Bellmore was friendly professional and great with children’s photos had a room set up even gave my daughter a coloring book.

This is the 4th time that I go to this place and I always have an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly, especially Ahmani. She's very professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my passport here and she was very helpful. All the time I go here I wait for her to assist me, even if I have to wait 3 minutes for her to finish helping the other person. I know that I can count with her. She should be a manager because she does a great job like a manager.

My in-law mailed some snacks from TW to the US for my kids. But the man who was supposed deliver the package came only once, I didn't hear the bell so I didn't open the door. He didn't even leave my the slip for me to go pick up myself. I waited few more day hoping someone will deliver again or at least leave me a slip to pick it up. But NOPE, nothing. Luckily I know people who work in the post office, in different location, who willing to look for my package before they return it back to Taiwan. Super unprofessional and very disappointing at the service.

So unprofessional. Lost my package, says I have to wait . It was an expensive jewelry piece that was custom made from Etsy. It was a gift. Now I have nothing to give my best friend for her engagement party. So rude on the phone. Sends me an email with the claim with the wrong date so the seller won’t reimburse. No response from post office yet. Can’t even deliver a small package without it getting lost. Good luck if you’re expecting anything from them. RUN!

Disgusting service, I asked to borrow a tape to a lady and she gave me the one they're selling which I am unaware and I didn't know that I need to pay for it! she is Clerk # 12 who works on closing time. Hope she gets bad bad karma. Looks like its their scam tactics. I saw one review who has the same experience like me.
