Jai Lin, (I believe Monica in financial dept), and Mario were above and beyond amazing! Not only did they take care of the entire transaction within a record setting amount of time, they truly cared about doing the best they could for me and my family. Worst experience ever. Since 2017 I've been coming here. Jim literally got mad that I had to get corporate involved because they never ordered my parts that I needed since June. Told me the repairs will only take 2-3 days (dropped off my car on Nov 1st) was told they never wanted to work on my car. Now he literally won't stop calling me and harassing me only to tell me to not return because corporate was involved. He's mad and blames the customer for his failure to do his job. Years of me going out of my way to buy food and presents for Jim, only for him to throw it at your face. Don't come here unless you want to be harassed or mistreated and blamed for them not doing their job correctly. FYI- young females be ware you will be harassed by Jim! Bring your boyfriend or father with you.

My patient, low pressure sales associate give me plenty of time to look at multiple vehicles and their pricing. The negotiation, signing, and trade-in process were efficient and transparent, with no “hidden” fees or surprises. Would definitely return for my next vehicle and recommend to others.
