5/5 stars! I was in a last-minute bind and needed a poster printed ASAP. I called the store at 5:30 pm and was blown away by the customer service. The representative was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process of sending my file online and ensuring that it would be ready before closing time at 8 pm. I received an email just an hour later stating that my poster was ready for pickup! I was thrilled to find that it looked great and was completed just in time. Thank you, Staples, for saving the day! Your customer service is top-notch and I will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

I feel like so often these days I go into a store like the staples and literally everything seems to be out of stock. I came wanting simple index cards Blank, regular index cards. They were out of every kind of index card. All they had in stock was a huge stack of 500 index cards in one package. I went walking down different isles to look for other things. Truly, everything was out of stock. In their card section - out of six variations, one was in stock. This was really frustrating, especially on a Saturday in the middle of February. There's no reason none of the shelves have merchandise. If you want something, you probably won't find the here. I did notice other reviewers left positive notes on shipping and printing services.

I needed the expertise of the staff in the Impress section of Staples. I was astounded by the help they were able to give and the quality of the photos and other print material they provided. I am giving a "shout out" to both Mohammad and Jade for their knowledge, courteous help, creative ideas, and professionalism. The rest of the staff in that department and the rest of the store have always been polite and helpful. Carol too has been great on check out. I highly recommend shopping at Staples Levittown. Admittedly their prices are high, I look for sales and just buy what I need when I need it. I always buy ink for the printer there as well as mailing tape.

The service and professionalism at this Staples has gone downhill. I’ve done a lot of printing for years at this location, emailing them documents to print for me. Well, as I was in the midst of emailing them documents two days ago, a rude employee called me and gave me a hard time about emailing documents, telling me I’m “clogging up her email” and I needed to stop emailing and instead, bring them a thumb drive. She said she’d print what I had already sent but not to email any more. When I got thereyesterday day to pick up the printing, it took the person at the desk 15 minutes to find it, searching all around, looking in the computer, then printing it out from the machine (apparently the employee had never even printed it out). When I got home it was all out of order. Needless to say, I’ve since bought a printer from Best Buy and will no longer be using Staples for my printing, they just lost a lot of money from me.

I got there Monday afternoon and the entire store is temporarily closed. This could of been updated on the website so people don't waste their time and gas for Amazon returns.

Terrible service and seems to me Sunday is a bad day to come here. I show up at 10:25 am and store is supposed to be open at 10 am. I’ve been sitting outside knocking on door with workers looking at me and it is now 10:45 am and still I have not been let into store. Instead everyone is going about their business with no regard.

I used the UPS service available at Staples. I was sending a gift that was wrapped in tissue included a card and used gift wrap with clear tape. Then I purchased a cardboard box from the Staples clerk (who was very nice). She placed my gift in the box used tape to secure it closed. My gift arrived the outer box was opened. The gift was unwrapped. Saran Wrap was used to cover my gift. The presentation of my gift was awful and I paid top dollar for this service. I will never use this service again nor will I recommend UPS at Staples.

I find myself buying my printer ink and paper over and over in this Staples store. It's never crowded here, but the items that I need are always available here. The place is clean and staff are helpful when needed. Great place to get school and office supplies.
