I always have a great experience with Umit and his staff. I have sold many pieces of jewelry to him, bought some beautiful pieces from him as well. I am always happy with my purchases and sales. He is fair and honest, which is hard to find at any other places in the area. He has also done some repair work for me and I am very satisfied with the quality of his work. They are truly professional at Sophia and I am sure I will continue to do business with him for a long while.

Hidden gem, this place is fantastic, got my engagement ring here and Omid was a big help! Few days later I came back to resize the ring and in a few days it was fixed! Really the best guy super humble and easy going I am really grateful for everything he did I will be coming back!

I dont recommend him for any repairs. I had 2 repairs I needed. One was a ring. The other a bracelet. The ring had lost a stone, so I wanted the stone replaced AND all the prongs on my ring secured. I received a ring where the stone color was a very poor match to my stone AND no prongs had been secured. The bracelet was a diamond brace that was too long for my wrist. I had about an inch taken off it. I had the repairs done in Oct, but I didn’t get to wear my bracelet till December (for the holidays). The VERY FIRST time I put it on, it fell off. I brought the bracelet back to have him correct his repair. I was told that the latch was broken and that it would cost $40 to have it repaired. I expected him to honor the repair he originally made. Obviously something wasn’t put back correctly for the latch. I am not satisfied with his service, and have no desire to fork over another $40 for a repair that he didn’t honor. So I’m looking for another jeweler. Anyone have recommendations?

Great place to do business; buying or selling. Omid bought a few pieces of jewelry from me. He was honest and knowledgeable. I recently lost a diamond stone and was devastated. I went for the 1st time about 2yrs ago. I got BEAUTIFUL jewelry for a great price!!!.I wanted more so last week Friday (08/14) I returned to find the same courteous gentleman, this time he had a lady there to help. Although he was the one who serviced me, they were both very pleasant and accommodating and once again I got BEAUTIFUL jewelry for a GREAT PRICE ? HIGHLY RECOMMEND ??
