The representative was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding me through the process of sending my file online and ensuring that it would be ready before closing time at 8 pm. “They are so incredibly courteous and kind. I was just leaving from the USPS upset that they couldn’t send my package because I didn’t have access to a printer. I gave the UPS store a chance not thinking they will accept it. They went ABOVE AND BEYOND. They truly made my day. They printed my shipping label and accepted my package. It was so simple and they did not mind!!”
