I would not buy anything from Romanza Jewelry. They are scammers. I purchased a ring with a heart gem in it for $200 and within two hours of wearing the ring, the gem fell out of the clasp. They refused to give me a refund and told me they would fix it. I picked the fixed ring up days later and it was a size smaller (they most likely used a new ring and didn't size it correctly). I went back again to ask for a refund. The owner refused and was very unprofessional and dismissive. He turned around in the middle of our conversation and started to make the ring bigger when I did not ask him to do so. I left very fed up, and then I realized that they had not given me back my receipt. The next day I went back again, and they gave me a hard time about making up a new receipt. A couple days later, the heart gem had become very noticeably crooked. When I brought it back for the last and final time to get it fixed, the owner was irate when he saw me. He was always very rude to me, but this time he was actually yelling at me. He was telling me that there was nothing wrong with the ring (mind you, he didn't even look at it). He sent the ring to another jeweler within Unique to have it fixed. They tried to keep the receipt once again and only gave it back to me after I was persistent about it. This is the first time I've ever been driven to write a negative review about a business, but I'm hoping that if somebody sees this it can save them the time, money and stress that I went through.I am telling my friends, family and people I know who shop at the Unique jewelry exchange not to buy anything from this jeweler.

Honestly I never write reviews, but this place really left a mark on me. The workers are very genuine and were able to help me make the perfect purchase for my daughter. The prices were very reasonable as compared to the other places. 10/10 recommend.

Horrible, unethical experience. God awful, unprofessional woman quoted me $1,100 for a ring. Then she realized she wanted more for it, so she consulted with TWO of the nearby booths at the exchange, which furthered the lack of professionalism. They told her to charge at least $2,500, probably because they were jealous she was about to make a sale. So that’s the price she came back to me with. WHO IN THIS BUSINESS DOES THAT? You aren’t smart enough to price your own stuff? I’m happy they lost my business, they will NEVER sell that piece, and I can only hope they will lose ALL their business and NEVER sell anything again. Always have a great experience here. Needed a custom curved wedding band to go with my engagement ring, and we found the perfect ring here. We even asked if they could custom design it to have sapphires added in with the diamonds and they had no problem at all doing that. I also took my mom's wedding band here to be resized, and my engagement ring to be cleaned and dipped in rhodium. You cannot beat their great prices and wonderful customer service.

Great experience at Romania Jewelry!! Purchased a engraved necklace for my grandma and it was fast easy and beautiful! Price was great and the employees were super helpful and knowledgeable about all the details. Not to mention; they even offered to clean my personal jewelry for me on the spot! I will definitely be returning to them!

RUN far away from this place. If I could leave a negative review I would. Many people have told me about the good prices for real jewelry in tri-county. It was a huge mistake. Not only did I pay lots of money for garbage quality, my jewelry broke as I tried to put it on for the FIRST time. The people at the counter seem nice at first, but the second you question the quality or authenticity they turn completely cold and unprofessional. It’s all about money. They are frauds. They have absolutely NO sympathy for ANY problems you may have even telling me if I am not happy it does not matter they see so many clients per day. I cannot believe I gave them a chance. Please do not make the same mistake I did. I wish I had a review like this to read before I went and made one of the worst purchases in my life.

Great place! The customer came with a broken chain and the nice sales girl gave him an 18k chain for the same price as the 14k chain. The owner of the booth even offered to give the customer his money back after his girlfriend broke the chain! Such amazing people! Always there to solve your problems! I’ve been doing business with Romanza for 10 years! I have never had a bad experience and they have high quality jewelry at a reasonable price ! Go to Romanza for all your jewelry necessities !!!

Very cheap jewelry, chain broke after the first use. They were extremely unsympathetic and told me I’m just one person out of all of their customers and did not care if I was dissatisfied, that was after the nasty looks I was given. The jewelry was dirty even after they cleaned it. They tried to up-charge me for their mistake. I will never come here again. I suggest you don’t either.
