She helped guide me through each step of the way, including offering advice and what would look good, great, and best! She helped me customize and create a wonderful navy suit with a light blue shirt for my sister's wedding. I am very happy with the suit! She also provided recommendations regarding which ties and shoes would best match.”

“5 stars is NOT enough. I was desperate for a new pair of men's dress shoes. I stupidly forgot mine at home when travelling to Long Island for son's college graduation. I couldn't wear a suit with sneakers! I called them about 30 minutes before needing to leave for the ceremony. This nice lady asked my size and style. She had 4 boxes already out and opened when I arrived. I RAN into the store. She had dress socks for me to use to try them on. I picked 2 to try on. Selected the one I liked, she rang up the transaction while I put my sneakers back on. She was super efficient and recognized I was in a time crunch! I grabbed the box and RAN back to my car. This was Saturday 6/15 about 1:30. It was an African American woman. I hope the manager recognizes her for going above and beyond thinking smartly about what I needed and helping me with my problem. I ended up with some VERY sharp Hugo Boss shoes, and every time I wear them I will remember this story! So make this one a 6 star review! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Hot Topic at Roosevelt Field Mall in Garden City includes cool merchandise from blind bags to mystery boxes that you take home as a surprise.I've been going to Hot Topic in Long Island and Scotrun-Tannersville Pennsylvania since I was 9 years old.(Best years of my mall life!)But, Hot Topic today, it's lacking excitement and sales turned into a drop.I remembered that it used to have exciting sales, such as themed mystery bags and the last time I had one was late 2019.Accessibility inside and outside the store can sometimes be a hassle when there is a busy time of the day with people jostling to purchase a few products since they were addicted to the deals or wasn't paying attention to nearby people.Hopefully, Hot Topic will improve in 2024.”

Before coming to karako suits in east farmingdale my friend and I went to a mens warehouse looking for a suit for his sisters wedding. As the maid of honor I promised the bride to help her sibling feel his best and help him find the perfect suit to fit the brides vision. Without going to far into detail the people at mens warehouse were rude and dismissive.
We decided to try karako suits and that is when we met Chris. He was so welcoming and helpful. Picked out the perfect style suit in the perfect color for the wedding. Within minutes my friends sibling was dripping in confidence that I’ve never seen him exhibit before.

The woman who works there was incredibly helpful with figuring out what we needed, and at a reasonable price. When she learned of the occasion/what we were shopping for, she was beyond sympathetic and compassionate. During a time of loss she had us both laughing, and we walked out with smiles on our faces. During our conversation she asked about the services being held, and to our surprise she came to offer her condolences at the wake.
