We went to buy a mattress and frame for a guest bedroom. Tom C showed us the sale mattresses and didn't push more expensive options. He was super friendly and helpful and we ended up buying a mattress, frame, mattress protector, and a pillow. Will definitely go back when we need a new mattress.

Tom C. Best customer experience. We came in last minute but did not feel rushed or pushed, took his time to give us all details regarding how to buy the proper mattress. Came in with wanting a particular one but left with buying a different model due to his knowledge. Ask for Tom C. For best experience!!

I had a great shopping experience with the manager Tom C! He was very pleasant and helpful, answered every question my mom and i asked. He helped me understand what's best for me, my body and lifestyle. This was an expense I didn't take lightly so I highly recommend coming here for help. If you want to buy sleep the "right" way, Tom is your guy!

The service here from Tom Cunniff is above & beyond. When I tell you he genuinely cares about your sleep, he thoroughly goes through all options. His knowledge for the product as well as the trials you’ll go through trying out different beds is second to none. Explains every options available to you without being pushy just to give you the quality you’re looking for. I went in with an open mind & he gave me the clarity I needed to make a decision the same day. I just bought my mattress yesterday afternoon & it’s in my bedroom this morning. I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

Tom Cunnif is a customer service Rock Star!! After we bought a mattress that we had second thoughts about and wanted to get an exchange. We walked into the store 15 minutes to closing curious on what can be done. He patiently walked us through the options, diligently tried to understand our specific need and much more importantly, he didn't watch the clock and kicked us out the door. Because of all the above, we upgraded and purchased another mattress which was double the price of the one which we initially purchased.
Customer service like this is lost and Tom is an asset. Easy to upsell customers when you provide service like this.

We purchased 3 mattresses from Tom C at this location. He educated us so thoroughly about how to buy sleep. My children are now sleeping better, back pain gone These mattresses are comfortable and were a great price . Highly recommend asking for Tom. He will spend time with you and is very patient as you decide.
