DO NOT GO. THEY ARE FRAUDULENT. Previously was a Zwanger and the owner was sued for fraud. Seems like the same thing is happening even after it being changed to Lenox Hill. My OBGYN wanted me to get a breast sonogram (prev one was two years old and the one before that was 6 years old) he just wanted an update and said there's nothing to worry about. The blonde lady, big tall lady with 80's hair, is telling me over and over and over that i need a mammogram. I said no, I spoke w/ my doctors i do not need that, this is just a routine sonogram. She insisted and i asked her (after the THIRD TIME of pressuring me) to please stop askingme becuase i do not want it and she knew that I would have to pay out of pocket. She then said that the radiologist wants me to do a mammogram becuase they see something wrong. She raised her voice at me because i asked her to please stop asking me and that its weird that she's pressuring me. Lo and behold I go to my GP AND my OBGYN and they both said that based on the sonogram there is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED for a mammogram and when i told them the story the look on their face.... I did not need that mammogram that they were trying to make me pay for out of pocket. The lady was insanely rude and i felt like i was in highscool being peer pressured to do something I'm not supposed to. Also having the experience of being a Healthcare Fraud Investigator of the SIU dept really helped cause i could tell right away something was wrong. This is being reported to the fraud dept for my insurance company & the better business bureau .

Very clean facility., All the staff was kind and courteous and very professional. The MRI technician that I had was wonderful. She was very gentle considering all the health issues that I have.

The front receptionist was amazing and you can tell she and the whole staff cares about each patient. When I had forgotten my script, she was patient to allow me to get someone to help me send over the digital copy of the script for my exam even though the policy would’ve warranted that my appointment be cancelled. That was sooooo kind and patient and accommodating of her. Really happy with the whole experience and also that this office stays open late so that I could come all the way from work in Lower Manhattan all the way to Levittown to be able to make my appointment.

Do not go to the Levittown branch. I checked in filled out paperwork and after a half hour the manager calls upstairs and tells the woman he cancelled my appointment. He left me a voicemail on my cell phone that does not have voicemail enabled. I took off of work to get the MRI

The Levittown location was amazing with my 5 year old daughter. She was very hesitant to have her images done but the entire staff from the front desk to the X-ray tech made her so comfortable the pictures were effortless and quick!
