John is the BEST and made my new blood drawing experience from my previous nightmare experience a 5 Star rating!!!!!! He found my impossible vein quickly and only needed to insert the butterfly needle once which I didn't even feel . John also is extremely friendly which makes it easier when going through an unpleasant medical procedure.

I went here for a 2 month old blood test order. I had to go to the bathroom and due to my lab test order they wouldn’t allow me which I got, but I still needed to use the bathroom. The front desk lady was rude and very unprofessional. They wouldn’t understand that i am not doing the stool sample and I need to go to the bathroom. The front desk lady said I couldn’t because I can infect other people??? This is a 2 month old lab order for IBS, not something viral but I understood that. I told them I’m not doing that and I need to use the bathroom. They refused to understand and I was starting to get a panic attack so I left. I used this bathroom before with the same problems , but either way I understood. I should still be allowed to change a period pad and pee. Or even just go in the bathroom to calm down from anxiety. To make it more clear I understood the stool but they didn’t understand me. Do not go here if you have autism, communicating with the front desk lady is nearly impossible. Fk this place

Excellent experience this morning at the lab. The attendant (Apologies, I forget her name) was courteous, friendly and professional. I barely even felt the needle go in for the draw.Quick and easy, in and out. Thanks!

My daughter is a very difficult stick because you can't see her veins. Katherine did a wonderful job getting blood from my special needs daughter! I also have a younger daughter with super thin veins. Katherine was able to get blood from her too! I highly recommend Labcorp and Katherine!!

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews for this location. I've been there several times and I've always been treated professionally, kind and timely. I've never waited more than 5 mins with or without an appt, if any. I am extremely satisfied with the services provided and the gentle approach.

The worst Labcorp, the lady in the front is so rude and and slow. They should put more efficient people because you pay for the service, it is not free.

Took my 17 month old here for blood work. Waiting room was empty so no wait time. Didn’t need an appointment, just walked in. The two ladies at the front were very nice, check in was smooth. Of course my son cried but what else can you expect from a 17 month old. We’ll definitely be returning for any future blood work needed.

I went to this location on 6-22-23 for blood work. The girl in the front Maria treated me like garbage she was very rude and nasty.I had a 9 am appointment and I was a little early .There was no one in the waiting area .You got one star because I had no choice.When I asked her to give me my referral back she refused so I grabbed it and walked out.I went to Quest with no appointment in less then 10 minutes I was seen was no problems. I won't be coming back to this place. This person here shouldn't be working here. Has no customer skills whatsoever. I will tell Everyone I know, and I know ALOT of people not to come here to this place. Trust me on this. She's suppose to be representing this company cuz she's the first person you see when you walk in. Get someone else cuz I see the reviews and their not good. I should of checked that out first. Not good for business that's for sure. I'm sure it's not only me. Especially when dealing with sick people.

Very nice ladies. Went in for blood work and was treated very kind. Didn't take long. Took longer because I couldn't go to the bathroom.
